moved over in January of this year from our old marina, Per Shawn AKA manager he had a 50ft slip that he promised would be available end of February in meantime we could stay in a empty 40ft which belongs to someone else who are out for winter, February came still same story he’s trying to evict some lady that’s in slip we were supposed to go in, come to find out she’s paid up, talked to him 3 weeks ago promised we’d be in before April, this is when he actually answers phone or is at Marina. Today we finally found him he talked to us as if we were kids and went completely back on his word.So we currently have no slip thanks to his lying self. If you do ever go there be very cautious! Also want to mention he was speaking this way to our 82yr old grandfather.

Nothing fancy, but cabin 10 will hold 12 folks. We had 9 guys. I would not want to spend a week there, but 1 night was tolerably.

The air conditioner didn't cool good. They even had a box fan in front of the unit to help it. Striper Inc. The guide service was great ?. We caught our limit of fish and Brian was excellent at showing us how to catch Stripers.

fun place to visit for the day or spend the night. staff is super helpful and friendly. you can fish off of the docks or the cover. If you like to fish: Robert Price, the guide is based out of there. Definitely worth it.

Was there to launch boat only. Ramp is long, but horribly shallow angle. Have to back far into water to float the boat. Loading was almost impossible with my boat. Would never go there again to launch boat!

Used boat ramp. Caught ? ? ? made for a great day. Ramp fee is $10 , but most are these days. Needs a trash can in the ramp parking area. Trash can on dock was over flowing. But overall the place is nice.

I can't offer my review on how my stay was because I didn't get to stay there. However I can offer my review on how they made me feel as a potential customer. I reached out to them on fb messenger as it was an option to communicate and sue to my job it is the best way for me to gather information. I had planned on being in the area for my bday and to visit some friends and read multiple great reviews and had several people refer me to them. Sent the message on Monday, it was read on Tuesday and never received a reply. I did not receive a reply until I sent them a message telling them how disappointed I was. Then I received a reply telling me that they were short staffed and apparently noone had taken the responsibility to respond. They did apologize that's all good and fine and they said it was no excuse still good and fine but whoever read the message should have made some attempt to reply.

Little Mineral is a quite, family orientated little marina. The cabins are near the water which is great! The staff is always helpful and friendly.
