“I’ve had a unit at Mandy’s mini storage for almost 3 years now and while a lot has changed in those 3 years, I was met with an awesome customer service experience with my issue today. I had to move out of state and store all my stuff from when I lived in the area here. I have had no reason to visit on a frequent basis, but now I’m ready to move in to a new home and get my stuff out of storage, problem is my keys were lost about a year and a half ago. I called and spoke with Kim who was very kind and accommodating to my situation. She was able to ease my worries when I found out so many changes had occurred since I last visited and get me set up to be able to access my unit with ease. I would definitely recommend this place even if you don’t live locally.”

“The storage facility is very safe. Plenty of room to get a truck and trailer through. Staff was friendly and helpful. They are the less expensive storage for that area also. No runaround just fast time of paying and getting my locker number. Always easy to access with no wait.”

“Would you like to do business with a family-owned organization rather than a big, impersonal storage facility? These guys are absolutely fantastic! They are so polite, even when I forgot to keep an appointment with them, they called and checked to make sure everything was okay, assisted me with acquiring a car dolly to haul our vehicle many states away. While my contractor was working on the project the drivers had a few extra minutes and the two I talked to were extremely knowledgeable and very nice. I like the fact they support local school sports teams, which shows a connection between the community and their business. If ever given the choice of which company to use I would choose them first.”
