“I've been using this post office for a few years now. They aren't always the most energetic but who is when dealing with idiots all day (I've seen the people that come in there and scream at them for dumb things that they can't control) but Ive really never had an issue with them, I take stuff in to be shipped all the time from selling online and there's never been an issue. Might be a long line some days but really that's not on them. At most they have 1-2 people at the counters.”

“I don't know why I go to the Denison post office when this one is closer? I do like the 1940s architecture, while the Pottsboro building is modern.The clerk at the front desk was very nice, and helped me mail a package to the UK. He gave me all the shipping prices, and we determined which one would be the best one. The post office and the parking lot are clean.”
