Was in town for a quick spell and needed to hit the gym for a couple of days. Matt at the front desk got me set with a couple day passes. It was no frills and had everything I needed. Solid place to get a pump with no BS. Recommend

Hands down, the best gym around for strength training! Why go to an overcrowded, corporate chain gym, when not only can you support a small business, but also get an awesome training environment with staff who actually care about you. This place has everything you need to get jacked, or whatever your fitness goals may be. 💪🏻

Love working with Marc & Eric with the rest of the morning crew. Great team environment and everyone is willing to help everyone out. Ladies- gym feels very safe & trustworthy, multiple cameras on-site for safety & security. Love working out here & looking forward to accomplishing my powerlifting goals.The team here is looking to expand & develop strength athletes of all levels. I’ve never felt out of place because my lifts are “smaller” & the team is willing to accommodate anyone if you are dedicated. Mono lift & deadlift Jack helps keep the session flowing, so everyone can get equal opportunity for strength. The Best gym around. So many free weights , plenty of squat racks, the support from other members is so amazing. So many great people at this gym. Marc and Erik are amazing and experienced lifters, always willing to help and support no matter where you're starting in your journey. Plus always the best music. This gym is the only gym I've ever felt comfortable and truly welcomed in. If you aren't lifting at this gym You're missing out.

Just started with these guys and so far it's going well (soreness aside). Marc and Erik are awesome, the environment is welcoming, the equipment is in good shape and well cared for, and it's nice to be able to work out and not feel like you're just giving money to some big corporation. Erik has even given me a ton of resources in regards to nutrition and proper technique. No doubt, these are a couple of guys who are genuinely interested in seeing improvement in their clients.

I was hesitant to try this gym at first. The trainers and members are all very nice and hype each other up. My trainer helped me and I saw improvements in my form, basic knowledge of the gym and my overall health. I only did the 12 weeks program so far but plan to continue going to the gym in the future. I would recommend to anyone.
