The people on the phone are friendly. But the pickup people missed our first day of trash pickup. I hope this is just a one time accident and not a reoccurring thing.

This is the best and most professional trash company. Even when one of their trucks break down, they work overtime, even late into the night, in order to keep up their trash pick up schedule.
