I stopped at this gas station to take a break from Ubering, get gas, and grab some snacks and a soda. Right from the start, I noticed issues. The bathroom was dirty and clearly not well-maintained, which wasn’t a great first impression. Then, when I went to grab a snack, I found an open Zinger cake with one missing, so I picked a fresh one and moved on.
After that, I filled a cup with soda from the fountain machine, but when I tasted it, I realized it was completely flat. I tried other options—Pepsi, Coke—and they were also flat. I went back to the counter and asked if I could switch out the fountain drink for a bottled soda instead. When the cashier told me no, I politely asked for a refund, thinking I’d just get my money back and go elsewhere.
Instead of helping, the cashier got an attitude and told me I wasn’t welcome back in the store. Then, he even took a picture of me, which felt unnecessary and invasive. This whole experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Between the dirty bathroom, open snacks on the shelf, poor customer service, and the cashier’s behavior, I won’t be coming back.

Currently a distributor for Shell products, I stopped at this gas station for a bathroom break as I drive through Texas. The station was clean from trash outside and in. Nicely stocked with snacks and drinks, the restroom was actually mostly clean. Fuel prices were competitive according to Gasbuddy.
Overall, an A-OK stop.

Super clean and nice gas station located in US 290 in the prairie view. If you are travelling to Houston with family ,this is the recommended gas station as its maintained very clean. Lot of travel items are also available for pickup #HappyTravelling

Loved the taco store. Helpful staff and the RR were nice and clean. Private stalls.

Just needed to use the rr and get a couple of tacos. No tp in rest room and taco place closed. 4p on a Saturday !!!!????
