Mr Jim Shelton customer service is terrible. My boyfriend was here to purchase coolant and a battery for key fob. Jim asked did he want just one coolant and my boyfriend said yes and then my boyfriend told him he was going to purchase a battery. Jim replied “I asked you if that was it”. If I could give 0 stars Jim would be the reason why :/.

AutoZone Auto Parts are the best... If you're a check engine light comes on, they will come out, test your car and let you know why and also print out a sheet It takes your mechanic if it isn't something they can't handle for you...

Al was friendly, knowledgeable and fast! I told him my headlight was out, he asked a few questions to get me the right bulb and then went and installed it for me. Literally was there all of 5 mins! Thank you Al! I’m truly appreciative of your service!

Had A guy here check my vehicle battery, and he told me it was bad. Next day took it somewhere else and battery tested fine. I'm not sure if he is just not knowledgeable to properly check, or trying to make a sale. After years of trusted service. We have noticed a decline in staff knowledge and trustworthiness over the last couple of years. The newer staff definitely needs either to have more knowledge before getting hired or more training.

They always have what i need it seems. Gotta like that. And prices aren't terrible. And they didn't get upset with me when, on last visit, .My debit card was declined and I didn't hear that, or possibly the clerk possibly didn't quite catch it, and I picked up my purchase and said bye bye, LOL. I went on to my next stop just a block away and noticed i had a text message, my bank letting me know the transaction had been declined. I jetted back there and was greeted with smiles while I apologized. Gave them the correct card and back on my way. These guys are OK in my book. Happy camper here.

Great experience at the autozone in Princeton. I had just purchased windshields wiper blades (finally) and Mr Jim was very helpful. I’m not sure if it’s policy or not but he stood out in the rain ( which I wasn’t expecting) to change them out for me. I really appreciate the kind and exceptional service Mr. Jim provided.

Every time I called I was placed on hold. Within a 5 to 10 minute span. I was on hold at one point for more than 5 minutes. I hung up, called again. A different person answered and immediately placed me on hold. After another 3 or more minutes of that, I called their competitor and was helped immediately.
