I found this shop to be well run. The staff knowledgeable and helpful. The wait time was quite a bit less than spent at dealerships. It is a bit out of the way, in Princeton, but easy to find. I was surprised the cost was minimal on a 2023 vehicle!

Bailey Automotive does good work and the staff is very kind and friendly. My two visit to the shop were for oil changes and routine maintenance. After both visits I received recommendations for over $1,000 of work and after a second opinion the work recommended was deemed unnecessary at this time. Take their repair recommendations with a grain of salt.

Always a great experience going there very professional prices are reasonable workmanship is excellent they tell you what you have to get done your car what can wait and what shouldn't be done to your car they're not trying to upsell you on anything anytime I recommend them to everybody that needs car repair or maintenance

Baileys always makes my visit easy. They were prepared for my 60k check-up, finished in time promised and pricing was quoted before work began. They also let me know brakes and shocks would need to be replaced soon, so I could budget for the work. I trust them to be honest and transparent.

Bailey Automotive is the only place we use for our automobiles. They are very trustworthy and thorough in their work. We have been using them for over 6 years and would not think of using any other shop for inspections or repairs. We know when we take our vehicles in for service they will be taken care of. They are reasonable on their pricing and very personable.
