“I would say their business as a company is exemplary. The specialty technician Devin that worked on my automobile did the best he could do with what I gave him. The manager was awesome and nice to communicate with. The only draw back I would say they need to work on is the phone system in place. Every time I called, only Zack from accessories would answer. Even when I left messages I got no reply. It was only when I actually bothered the manager through his personal cell phone that I got a reply. I’m sorry about that. All in all, I have no hood shake anymore and I feel happier and safer driving over 120 mph. Thanks for being the only company out of 47 I called in the metroplex to tackle this job.”
