My 2020 Altima was dropped off on Aug. 1st, I just picked it up Aug. 28th. Insurance delays.. The Body Shop did a great job! Great communication, I was fully informed during the entire process. They were super nice about it and fixed it right away and refused money from him. These guys are super honest and trustworthy. “I would say their business as a company is exemplary. The specialty technician Devin that worked on my automobile did the best he could do with what I gave him. The manager was awesome and nice to communicate with. The only draw back I would say they need to work on is the phone system in place. Every time I called, only Zack from accessories would answer. Even when I left messages I got no reply. It was only when I actually bothered the manager through his personal cell phone that I got a reply. I’m sorry about that. All in all, I have no hood shake anymore and I feel happier and safer driving over 120 mph. Thanks for being the only company out of 47 I called in the metroplex to tackle this job.”

“Jeremy is such an amazing craftsman, but more importantly, he is just a nice genuine guy. I had a few sharp crease dings around the door handle of my 1 year old VW Tiguan. Difficult dents in a very tough to get to area of the door. He got it fixed perfectly and worked around our schedule to make it happen. This is the 4th vehicle I have brought to him in last 5 years.
