“I brought Ford Explorer here because my insurance company recommended them. They said they use OEM parts and stand by their work but that was a lie. After the repair, I started noticing the side molding looked different and didn’t fit flush. When I asked about it, the manager told me it was “just the newer version.” I got suspicious and took my car to another shop for an inspection. They confirmed the part was aftermarket, not OEM. When I confronted this shop, they denied it and claimed I must be mistaken. The new shop even showed me the markings proving it was an imitation part. The paint also started peeling within two months, and when I tried to claim the lifetime warranty, this shop said it only covers certain conditions. In other words, nothing. Dishonest, lazy, and unprofessional that’s the only way to describe them. Avoid this place like the plague.”
“Amazing customer experience and customer satisfaction! We dropped off my 2022 Camry due to a rearview mirror I had broken. Mind you this is also a mirror that has Blindspot as well as moves so I was expecting it to cost a decent amount. Working with Tyler was a breeze and their pricing was not costing an arm and a leg. They were able to fix the mirror and put in a brand new piece in just a few hours and I had absolutely no issues. We will definitely be using them for any future body repairs!”

Our Buick is an older year model and parts are getting like hens teeth or frog hair to find, but Joel made call after call to parts stores and finally managed to get all parts needed. I spoke with C.J. and he answered all of my questions and provided a quote very quickly. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. The estimate was very reasonable compared to others, and the repairs were completed promptly.
When we picked up the car everyone at the shop was pleasant and helpful. Our car has an unusual bright blue color that I was concerned might be hard to match but they did an excellent job with the paint. It looks great.
Hopefully we won’t need body work again anytime soon, but if we do I wouldn’t hesitate to call Chico’s again. I’m happy to recommend them to anyone looking for quality repair work at a reasonable cost.”
