“I don't do drive through car washes, I do self-serve coin-op car washes. Until now. One reason is a matter of cost. It turns out I can get endless premium washes each month at Smitty's for less than I end up paying at the self-serve. Another is time. It takes me a good hour and a half to wash my car at the self-serve. The Smitty's drive-thru takes about 4 minutes. Granted, one pull through the drive-thru won't take care of caked on dirt from 2 weeks of driving. But I can go through the drive-thru as many times as I want, and since my car will always be on the clean side from frequent stops through Smitty's, the drive-thru will suffice. It comes out of the premium wash with a nice shine, and there are bottles of high end liquid detailer and microfiber towels available so I can detail my wheels if I want, a step that gets skipped at the self-serve because I'm too tired by the time I finish washing the vehicle. Last, I would be remiss not to mention the good service at Smitty's. Sabrina, the site manager at Princeton, is a notably competent, helpful, informative, hard worker, who is eager to provide the customer with a good experience. This level of service is much appreciated, and I would recommend Smitty's car wash to anyone for the foregoing reasons.”
