Christopher Chow made my experience at Chase genuinely easy and stress-free. I came in as a walk-in, and he was patient, clear, and knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to explain everything in simple terms, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure everything was set up the right way before I left. You can tell he actually cares about doing things correctly, not just getting through the process. The whole experience was smooth and straightforward. I’d absolutely recommend working with Christopher if you go to Chase.

Horrible customer service, worst banking experience ever. I’ve never had a banking account set up so improperly before. This location should be shut down or they should hire all new staff

Absolutely worst experience
Lack of Empathy, Accountability, and Basic Customer Service
This was one of the most frustrating banking experiences I’ve had, and unfortunately it reflects a deeper problem with how this Chase branch is being managed.
Despite there being zero customers on the bank floor, multiple employees were sitting in what appeared to be internal reviews or meetings and still refused to help with a simple customer request. Not a single person showed urgency, empathy, or even basic courtesy toward a customer standing right in front of them. My time clearly did not matter.
That raises a serious question: why are employees on the floor if they are unwilling to help customers—especially when the branch is empty? Who hired them, and what exactly are they trained to do?
Banking, at its core, is a service business. It is about helping people, respecting their time, and solving problems—big or small. What I experienced here was the complete opposite. There was no ownership, no problem-solving mindset, and absolutely no empathy.
This is particularly disappointing because I come from a family of bankers. My wife has worked in banking, and my father spent his entire career as a bank employee. They understood what customer service meant—you help people, especially when you are available. You don’t hide behind meetings while customers wait.
There is a serious need for retraining and leadership accountability at this Princeton Chase location. Management needs to re-educate staff on what banking actually is and why customers walk through the door in the first place. If this branch cannot provide basic service during non-busy hours, it should seriously reconsider whether it deserves to remain open at all.
Until there are meaningful changes in attitude, training, and leadership, I would strongly discourage anyone who values their time and expects basic respect from using this Chase location.

Horrible costumer service. No one comes out the back to help with customers. Richard and the other 1 teller. J P Morgan you have to do better. It takes every bit of 10 to 20 minutes to open up a bank account. Richard tells me it takes more like an hour. This is ridiculous chase bank do better.

The bank teller was unprofessional and rude, appearing unsure of how to assist me. The manager could not resolve the issue with my account, indicating a lack of experience.

Chase sucks. They are the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life! They closed both of my accounts due to “high payment charges” on my account!!! I RUN A BUSINESS AND ITS THE HOLIDAY SEASON!!!! They are absolutely HORRIBLE! Horrible customer service, horrible business relations, they talk to you like you are dumb. They want you to verify your entire life identity for them to laugh in your face and tell you that they still aren’t reopening your account. WORST BUSINESS BANK! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK!! TRUIST IS BETTER!!

We came without appointment to open a bank account. All staff were busy and they told me they are not able to help us since they have only one person. After I talk to the manager Sean, he told me he will be able to help to open an account after 30 minutes. Waiting time he told me he will not be able to help us. Thanks, Chase.
