I think it is crazy I get hit with a fee because someone who owes me money banks here! Why do I have to give you money to cash a check for someone who BANKS WITH YOU?? Only bank that has ever done this to me no other bank has charged me just a quick tip of the day!

I have the best experience with Chase in Princeton, Eva she is the best customer service experience i ever had. All the time if I go I must see her, she always makes thing easy and smooth, she always offers help beyond what I expect. I thank Chase for hiring such a great person at this location. Thank you Eva for the help each time I vist the brunch.

We're new to Princeton, and love that the Chase is so convenient for us. We went in recently to close our separate accounts since we recently got a joint account and the staff were super friendly and helpful. It took about 10-15 minutes from start to finish and were very pleased with the service we received.

They don’t respect customers’ time. They refuse to answer their phone lines.The website doesn’t confirm that they have a notary on-site at this location. So I’m supposed to drive all the way there (potentially for nothing), because they’re too self important to answer the phones?Super disrespectful of a multi-billion dollar company to abuse people’s time.Chase used to be good but is now total garbage.I have accounts with Citibank, a credit union, and Bank of America… Chase is the worst.

Everytime I go to the drive thru ATM it is always broken. If it was one time it’s ok I understand but for the past 6-8 months at the random times that I go it is always broken. Fix this unholy forsaken machine pleeeeessseee it’s not like they can’t afford it..they are a bank with money….
