Get yourselves a new manager or someone in charge. RUDEST INTERACTION. WAITED BOUT 10 MIN UPFRONT WITH MY CHILD FOR SOMETHING SO SIMPLE. I HAVE THE APP, I DO THIS WEEKLY. MANAGER DID NOT HELP IN ANY WAY AND WAS RUDE TO NOT JUST ME. TO ANGONE THAT CAME INTO THAT STORE TO TALK TO HET.

It makes no sense to have two working registers and available workers and no one hardly opens the second one when the line is about to be out of the door. I can see if other employees were actually busy but rather than helping to alleviate traffic, they just walk by and go to the back or be outside smoking cigarettes while people are waiting. This needs to be fixed along with the self checkout machine.

This place should loose their status as a FedEx On site pickup. lady here told me she doesnt take any packages she cant carry… Only 30 pounds and it was a small box

I came into the store and decided to purchase my 10 month old a new teething wafer, to see if she would like them. The next day I decided to give her one And she did not like it at all I thought maybe it was because it’s something new so I decided to wait another day and give it to her again the following day I given the same snack to her twice that day and she did not like it at all. I brought it back to the store of wafers individually only one was missing and said I would like a refund exchange for something she does like & was told by Carol, I believe is her name that her manager said “ We can’t do refunds on food.” I told her I have never heard of that you sell food and if something is wrong with the product or a customer is dissatisfied with the product. There should be no reason to not make it right with the customer. Additionally, nowhere on the receipt does it say no refunds. Corporate phone number and I was told “ I don’t have corporate phone number, but you can google it.” That’s exactly what I came to do and now I’m awaiting a call from the district manager. This really gives the store look smh Something so simple that could have been handled in store you’re making me go further get a district manager involved. Unbelievable.

Shut down for AC problems for months . Cleared out time sensitive merchandise and re opened , but still have no dairy products except ice cream

Messy, just plain messy, cashiers and management are rude and disrespectful the store is always out of stuff that they shouldn't be there's a line forming and the management either hides in the office or pretend to be busy but the customers are the ones who should have a attitude. The store has been closed for a few weeks but posted open.

Customer service is still terrible. Definitely more staff for sure. Aisles are being worked when I walk in but still need a lot of help. This store has potential.
thier District needs to send specialist for a week to go put that place back in order and give the new staff a fresh start. If it starts falling behind, replace them. That store is PRIME location to serve a cornucopia of demographics. Every color and income level lives there. No reason why that store should be falling behind.
I don’t shop because of the great prices and selection even though it’s not bad , I shop out of convenience because chances are they have at least 1 of something I’m looking for and it’s closer than Walmart. This is sad. Get it together and sales will go up!

One star is not enough for this service. The cashier is the worst cashier in the world. He didn't want to apply my coupons, how fast I am! There were two cashiers, one young and a very obnoxious older adult, the one who didn't want to apply the coupons to me was the man! It was the worst experience do not go to this dollar general

How does this store have a 4 rating ? Every review is negative. It looks like a messy flea market. The store is Nasty. It’s a hazard to walk through. Gnats everywhere. I’m going back to Walmart.
