“My crossfit journey has been the absolute best decision I've made in years! My job is hectic 45-55 hours per week and on call around the clock, my daughter does company dance *lyrical, ballet and jazz*. Im a single parent with no family in the state of Texas. I had 3 surgeries last year each impacted my upper body and core. My iron and ferritin were insanely low. While I beat breast cancer, I was left with depression that felt debilitating. I have every excuse and I've still been successful in this space. The coaches are amazing ~ the people standing next to me root for me even when we dont know each other and the mental fog is officially gone! Every time I go I leave having done something I didnt think I could. If you dont do anything else ~ invest in yourself. I feel blessed to have regained my confidence and found my tribe. Most importantly it feels good starting the day pouring into me so that my cup is full and able to sustain pouring into others. Update: still the best decision I made this year. Check it out! It asked for an additional update... starting to wonder if Google just wants to make sure I'm still going... YES I AM!!! Im a 5 am girlie. Today I had to go at 630pm. I was met with the same enthusiasm and comradery as my regular class time. Literally every member is dope!”

“I absolutely love the gym environment! I did the 2-week free trial for the classes, and I decided to try the Cherry Booty classes. My coach, Jesica, was amazing. She truly made me feel like I was part of the class from the very beginning. She took the time to show me how to do the workouts, especially the ones I didn’t know how to do. She was very patient and encouraging, and she always made me feel comfortable asking questions. She has such a positive personality, and I truly loved having her as my coach. I hope to see her more during my Cherry Booty classes because she made the experience so enjoyable! ❤”

“This gym is great. It has everything you could need for your fitness goals. It has a great selection of machines, a free-weight squat rack (!), plenty of dumbbells, a fitness area, a kids area. Everything is in great condition and always clean. The owners are extremely friendly and welcoming. It's nice to see them in the gym daily, training others and working out themselves. We were greeted every morning and always felt at home. Kyle (the owner) has even responded to my random texts before, great guy. Great bang for your buck, I would recommend this place to anyone! 💪”
