I've been a customer of Metro for many years. Two years ago I obtained internet by way of their gateway. It ceased to work at midnight a few nights ago. I tried to reset it, restart it, and everything I could do before calling customer support. When I called customer support I found myself having to try to decipher the questions and such the heavily accented lady had for me. This was a miserable mistake. Next, I took the device to my nearest Metro store for a solution. Again it seems that I have made a mistake. There was only one clerk on duty. Once I got my turn he seemed very disinterested in my needs or helping. Finally, he blurts out I need a new device, because mine is old. He said it would be over one hundred dollars to replace it and he had one right here. No attempt was made to diagnose my old one other than plugging it in. I asked about what had happened to my old unit, and again was told it's old. I guess it had an expiration date, hum. I had no idea that this was my problem, nor any idea that I had to purchase the new device to get the service that I had prepaid for. As I am retired and living on a fixed income, which leaves little for anything above feeding myself and my pet, I find myself with a service that I've paid for and can't use. Feeling abused here. Looks as if I'll be missing some meals over the next month. At least he could've smiled when he,,,,

The store is really clean and smells good. The customer service is really best . They helped me to get 5 devices at once with all the accessories free cases. I appreciate the service and everyone should go to this store.Appreciate Jerry for the service.

We went to metro in Princeton tx the service sucked. The Spanish ladie didn't want to help us by no means im truly disappointed she didn't even tell us her name we cam on wensday July 10 at 100 so who ever worked that time needs to be reported worst service ever

Very bad experience for the girl today, June 8, 2024, the person in charge on duty served in a despotic manner. I hope they take action on the matter because I am a client of theirs and they have to do what one asks of them because one is the one who pay ?????

Edna was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all my questions no mater how complex it was. I highly recommend going to this store not only because of its products but the amazing service Edna provides.
