I went here with my mom. The lady who did my nails did a great job but the lady that did my mom’s clearly didn’t know what she was doing. She messes up my mom’s nails and when she tried to communicate that, the lady was super rude to my mom.

This has always been my go-to nail salon when I’m in town and not seeing my usual tech in Colorado. Unfortunately, that changed yesterday.
The older technician was extremely aggressive while doing my nails—my 9-year-old daughter even had the same complaint. The overall energy in the salon has noticeably shifted.
We visited for a Mother’s Day outing as a family, and not only did they start my service last, but they started my fiancé and daughter before me.
My nail ended up getting hurt during the removal process of old nails, I sat in acetone for 40 minutes and the entire experience was just no good. What should’ve been a relaxing time turned into a really disappointing visit.
Will not be returning. I still tipped 15% and I shouldn’t have tipped a dollar.

In the 8 years that I’ve lived in the DFW area, I have never felt more at home at a nail salon. I began going to Paris Nails four months ago and not once have they dropped the ball with my nails or toes. John is my go to guy, but even when he isn’t available I feel confident in the other Techs to do just as amazing - which is saying a lot because John’s attention to detail is second to none! They’ve even encouraged me to try something outside of my classic French tips and every single style (designs, matte, shimmer, ombré) has not disappointed. Outstanding customer service, clean, professional & great prices - Thank you John and Paris Nail team for giving me a nail shop to brag on!

I just left Paris Nails in Princeton, Tx and I must say the service I received was excellent. I had my nails dipped and Wendy did a wonderful job, they were absolutely beautiful when she finished them. Sam gave me the best pedicure that I've had in a long time. I will definitely be going back . Their prices are reasonable and the atmosphere was very nice.
