I’ve honestly got nothing but positive things to say about this dealership, they have never failed in my past 4 vehicle purchases. From the owner all the way to the manager, they have amazing customer service skills and knowledge. Anytime you all need a vehicle I definitely recommend Princeton Motors over any other company in the metroplex!

Sam is an incredible sales person. He is professional, patient and was very honest about the condition of the car I bought. There were some minor issues with the car and the company paid all the parts and new breaks were installed and also replaced new cables of the batteries. I will recommend friends and family to Princeton Auto Dealership. Thank Sam, see you again for my second car.

Nice place to do business with, honest and fair. Have a variety of vehicles to choose from. They are also very helpful in answering questions and assisting with warranty issues. Definitely recommend.

WARNING, if you purchase a car from here, make sure you get an extended warranty and full diagnosis. 5 days after I purchased the car from Princeton Motors - the car completely “Shut off” while driving with no warning. Called Sam (Sam was really easy and cool to work with) However, let him know the vehicle shut off on me while driving. He stated “ It was nothing wrong with the car when it left. You purchased a extended Warranty you need to file a claim.” My reaction- Suspicious - Luckily, I was close to a dealer service center, when vehicle shut off per the Certified Technician, these problems happened way before you got the car. There is $4000 worth of parts that need to be ordered and this does not include the labor cost. There is no way, this Vehicle should have been sold to me. My suspicions were right. The technician is not even willing to release the car to me because it is not functional and unsafe, it has been 4 weeks and still no car and the repair bill is still climbing. WARNING JUST GO GET A CERTIFIED VEHICLE, don’t waste your time getting one from here!

My experience with Princeton motors was great. Zyad helped me with a car I saw online. It was priced great. It was low pressure. The staff was very personable and seemed like someone I would be friends with outside of the sale. If you want a good low priced car go to Princeton motors.
