“Usually I have a really good experience, but the last 3 times I've gone, the new guy didn't know what he was doing.
So, I never remember what kind of coils I use, so there is a note (history) in the system. The new guy doesn't really know the computer system, and EVERYTIME he has to take my vape apart to see what kind of coils I use. It's VERY annoying. He definitely needs more training!
When he isn't working, I always have a wonderful experience!!”
