Buying from in store is very good.
However do not order online as you will get the wrong item and you will have problems getting your money returned. I had to file a dispute through my bank to get my funds returned, very sad to have to do it this way, I waited 3 weeks and still no refund

I have used them exclusively for filling my propane tanks. I used to go to Walmart or other stores to exchange tanks when I ran out, not knowing that there was a service that you could use to have them filled. Much less expensive, and more convenient. They even taught me that tanks have expiration dates. They are convenient to my home, and I have not had a bad experience with their service.

Purchased a Trail Boss 550 UTV at the Princeton location. Overall satisfied with the UTV and pricing. UTV was on sale and TSC offered some 0% interest for a portion of the cost. Have a few comments about the condition of the UTV (understand a UTV is likely to be utilized outdoors often). Some of the UTVs were very dirty inside and out due to being stored outside. My UTV was assembled in the summer of 2024. The protective film on the Windscreen had completely dried out (outside portion). Able to remove the inside protective film by pulling off. Soaked the outer film with Goo Gone and let set for an hour. Was able to remove the outer protective film. Now I can see through the windscreen. Did note that the Windscreen Plexiglass has what appears to be heat stress damage (streaks). Found that the Black Bolts used to secure the doors and hood cover were rusted. Apparently, not zinc coated or stainless steel. I replaced those fasteners with stainless steel fasteners. Not expecting something to be rusted that much when buying new. (This would be feedback to the manufacturer. I want quality in this instance vs. Color matching with the door hinges.). I am overall happy with my experience at Tractor Supply. Applied for the TSC credit card at the cash register. That process went smoothly. Shopped at the Princeton location vs. my town further East in Texas...nobody in my area had this particular UTV in stock.

We bought a safe that was damaged in the box… Garrett went up and beyond to get us another one and help us get it installed. Thank you Garrett for seeing us through to the end and staying on top of it. Great customer service. Also Brant w DFW Safes did an outstanding install and extremely informative. Could not be happier.

Tractor Supply is my go-to location for various things, but specifically for propane refill. Had gone to Enderby Propane a couple times. The service at Enderby was absolute garbage (refusing to fill my tanks when I arrived a few minutes before closing, even though I had called ahead and they had confirmed they would be ready for me if I arrived before closing). Tractor Supply saved my butt that day—with their propane technician waiting for me even though he was about to walk out the door when I called. Won my business from there on out.

Very dissatisfied with employee and management not knowing inventory They called my wife and told her that a protein tub was in and that they even had 80 in stock Showed up the following Sunday and it took over 30 min to convince the associate that the product was there but not on the computer inventory I was asked 3 separate times if I was confused about the correct store !Finally a manager who had been off for 4 days looked into the matter and called the manager from 3 days prior who was off and got the correct information and I was able to get the protein tub I would not leave a bad review if this did not seem like a common issue with tractor supply employees - lots of room for improvement

This time was a way better experience than 3 months ago. Blonde female manager? Was great and Actually meant it when she asked if I needed help finding something and wheni came up with 50 pound bag of feed she offered to load it in car and loaded feed into car and told me she would have loaded it on cart too. I didn't expect help but it appreciated it. She apologized for last bad experience. Had I known it would go so well this time I would have bought more..
