Person who is operating the store would not let my fiance pick up her order even though the app said it was allowed is absolutely ridicolous.

I live in Royse City and have two Walmarts one off of i30 and the other in Wylie that are way closer to my house and I've never driven a diesel vehicle in my life. Despite all that the manager refuse to help me with an unauthorized charge to my prepaid debit card for a $150 dollar purchase for diesel fuel that I would have no reason to purchase let alone at that location. DasherDirect who issues the card was a lot more helpful since Walmart employees like to screw around and do nothing.

Walmart For Black Friday deals I ordered four new tires for pick up at the Princeton location in Texas. So I got an email saying that they are ready for pick up so I scheduled for installation that following Saturday. When I arrived that Saturday, I was told that my tires were not here even though my email stated that they were. The manager checked the status on my order and saw that they were in route to delivery that same day so he told me to come back either the next day and wait for another email confirmation on delivery, so I did. Got another email on Monday saying that it was delivered and ready for pick up. I scheduled again that Saturday of that week for them to put them on. Once they were finished I saw that only three tires were put on out of the four so I ordered, so I asked where is the fourth tire? They said "it did not ship"and I said OK so I paid for the four tires and 4 installation today so when the fourth tire gets here and gets installed, I don't have to pay for that installation. They agreed. I received another email saying that the tire came in and was ready for pick up so I went in, took off work and the clerk and his manager told me that they had the tire and my car would be done in an hour or so. I got a call back from the mechanic saying I ordered the wrong tire because the one they got in stock was the wrong tire. Hershey said that it was our fault thay we ordered the wrong tire even though the Walmart app has all 4 of the correct tires and they don't know where that tire is. With further explanation, I told them all my confirmation and purchase history. It shows all four tires that are all the same so I was told to call customer service. I called customer service and they sent me to the 1 800 number. I was on the phone with the 1 800 number and I was told for me to call another department and that department told me to call the store. So I was back to calling the store's customer service again, they told me to call the online order department and I got right back to customer service again just to get routed back to the shop. The whole phone call interactions between getting transferred and calling back and getting hung up on wasted about three hours of my day was distasteful.I also had to pay full price for the tire instead of the $75 deal I got during Black Friday. I believe I deserved at least a price match that I originally paid for because of this error on their end since I did not order the wrong tires, but this experience was an extremely poor. The front clerks were pretty nice but their manager was not understanding nor helpful. The managers had no customer service skills. Nobody was able to give me a clear answer on the status of transit. In this whole waiting, redirection and dishonesty game they played I was nothing but patient and understanding. Also I was not informed the first time about the tire warranties being an option between $18 for the service and $28 but the second time I came in I had a choice to choose between those two services which is very deceiving and I will not be using Walmart vehicle services for the foreseeable future and I also do not recommend using their auto services.

Wife took her car to have air checked on tires. They checked only the two front tires and aired them up to 38. The female desk clerk mention it was probbly the right front tire and need to be replaced. Wife asked why, she snapped back because it either has a nail or cut. Wife asked can you check tire for nails and to check the back tires. She said no because the rear tires were not the propblem. Wife asked how she knows the rear tires have correct air pressue. Her responds was I just know. She also told my wife to drive the car for two days to see if air pressue holds. Wife then went out the her car asked the shop tech if they could check the rear tires. He said we checked only the front and if you want to check the rear tires he pointed to the water hose and told her she can check them her self and walked off. A bunch of rude lazy employees who won't do thier job.

Why do I keep coming back? This store is obviously in need of a manager. It is not properly stocked or staffed. Time to board up the windows!Silly me! I went there at 2:30 on 1-3-2023 to get the oil hanged on my Mercury Grand Marquis. I wanted the pit crew oil change. They gave me the same line I got the last three times I asked for it: "We are out of the oil we need, but we can do the High Milage Oil Change". The High mileage oil change is over twice the cost of the Pit Crew change. I got back in my car and drove to the McKinney Walmart and got my Pit Crew Oil change.Back in October they did the same thing and I got my oil changed at Walmart Anna TX. In August same story and I went to a regular oil change place.Sam Walton is turning over in his grave. No more: "Lowest Prices Always".My experience with the grocery department in November was even worse. I finished shopping and headed for checkout. No registers open! There was a line 20 deep at the entrance to self checkout. I left the cart of groceries in the aisle and got back in my car and went to HEB Frisco. They had a better selection, better prices, and 14 registers open with no waiting.Walmart seems to be determined to go the way of Sears, Wards, and Kmart.They have lost the ability to operate retail stores competitively.Thank heaven for HEB!

A teenager was ringing us and she was not happy I even when she started ringing merchandise - was slamming goods in the bag and when I said that the price that registered was not right; her attitude got worst . She called her supervisor to change price - and stop and did not want to move waiting for supervisor . When I asked to continue to ring our grocery while waiting for her supervisor she gave me the death stare . Supervisor came and did not want to hear about the cashier attitude . It's sad because wAlmart lately the prices are not ringing correctly and it's a hassle telling them because some are not pleasant .

I have a service animal and have had trouble with them and my dog many times first i was bringing her in with nothing in the cart and everything was fine but one day got stopped and asked to put a cover in the cart. so i started doing that . then went back today and was told i'm not even allowed to have her in the cart now. have to carry her or put her on a leash or carry her and i don't have a leash with me. felt like passing out all day today because of this heat and having a hot dog body on my side is not it. Anxiety is skyrocketing and i just want to cry. worst place ever. don't go here.

I have never been to a more under stocked Walmart in my life! (like another post) I cannot wait until a REAL grocery store moves to Princeton... they will become millionaires!

All I can say is that I personally can't wait until we get a REAL grocery store in town!! Very disappointed in Walmart lately. Hardly any registers open. The tobacco lane was closed today and I asked the girl who was checking me out to get me something from there and she said they can't!! Sam Walton is spinning in his grave! This IS NOT the type of business he had in mind!! Shame on upper management for ruining a good thing.

Current nightly frontend manager is absolutely no good. I had the worst experience yesterday evening. I have decided I will go to other area Walmarts moving forward. Princeton Walmart needs a complete staffing review and training on CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE.
