Had a great experience at HT Nails. The staff is friendly and they do great work. Zoe did my nails and was pleasant the entire time. I don't get my nails done often and she explained everything to me and helped me pick the best option. I only told her the color i wanted and she helped come up with the designs. She kept checking throughout to make sure i was happy with each nail!

One hand looks different than the other. I left bc I literally spent 2 h there and needed to go. But not very happy with the results. It’s sad bc it was kind of important why I needed the nails for and I wasn’t happy with the results. Also while she was doing my nails it hurts a lot from the light. Anyway everything bad. For the price I was expecting something nice. But no, too thick (looks like plasticine in my nails)while I said I wanted a natural finished and she insisted it will be thinner, it hurts what made think she damaged my real nail while “preparing it “ for the gel or whatever she used, etc. I don’t recommend it anymore. I will probably just go back for them to remove the bad job they did 🤣

I’ve been wanting to go to HT Nails for a while and I’m so happy that I did. Hands down, they are awesome ! I got a pedicure and Minh did a great job and gave me the most amazing foot massage evvvver!!! It was so good that I got the back massage and it super fantastic!! He’s a great massager!
Amanda did my nails and she reshaped them and put the polish on and I love them! She also waxed my eyebrows and did a great job on them too!
If you’re looking for a place that’s clean, super friendly and amazing, I highly recommend HT Nails. I will never go anywhere else…this IS my new nail place forever!

I came in for a manicure and polish change on my toes. I ended up getting the gel manicure (which I never get), but was being told to do dip and I settled for gel, which i never do. Everything went well until I got home and chipped my first nail that night because it was a weak spot. I was out of town so I couldn't get it fixed until Thursday which, by then another nail had peeled half off. They were really great at repairing the 2 nails, but unfortunately 2 days later 3 of the original nails have chipped now which is just barely 2 weeks for something that was expensive and didn't end up being worth it.

Drove 2 hours to spend the day with my mom to get our nails done. Asked for mani&pedi. Both pedis were ok. My mani was so awful even after asking to "clean up" I had to have them removed because they couldn't fix my nails until tomorrow. Leaving with my nails worse than when I walked in.

I have been searching high and low for my go-to nail salon and let me tell you - HT nails is IT! I have visited Brandy at this location several times and she’s always so kind! She will check in several times throughout the visit to ensure my nails are turning out exactly how I want!
I tend to like a very thin, natural nail and have recently experimented with some designs - she can do it all! Highly recommend!

My manicure, and the service tech who did it itself was fine, the service could’ve been better. During the entirety of my manicure and pedicure, they kept switching nail techs to accommodate incoming walk-ins. This was despite the fact that I had an appointment. My thing is - if there are more walk-ins than the staff can accommodate, appointments should take priority. I know that telling people no can be hard, but in an industry such as this one where service and reputation can precede you, a customer-centric approach is imperative. This was my first visit here, and I will definitely not be returning.

My favorite nail salon I’ve ever been to! I’ve been coming here since September 2023 and will never go anywhere else. My nails never break and they do such an amazing job every time. I love how considerate they are about my dry skin and hand eczema. I highly suggest requesting Julie or Sophia!

I will no longer be going back to this nail spa. I usually go in and see Vivian to do my pedicure. Vivian is really good! However, I have not had good experiences with the owner, Julie. She has not been very inviting to me and has rescheduled my appointments the last three times that I’ve tried to make one. Today, I called 5 minutes before my appointment and she said that Vivian would be available. I arrived for my schedule appointment today and she told me that unfortunately I would have to leave and reschedule my appointment to another day! I was completely baffled, to say the least. I believe this is unacceptable and unprofessional. What is the point of scheduling an appointment early? I told her that I would no longer be coming back to this business. Please try to revise your customer care experience for ALL. customers.
