I wish I could give negative stars. The employees all smell awful. Walking by then makes me gag from the horrible scent. They either have never seen a shower or never discovered deodorant is. There was a man sweeping the store and he left a lingering trail of BO behind him. I was across the store from him with no one around me and I could still smell him from the path he walked. The food is always stale or old.

7/11 is super convenient because of its location – always there when you need a quick snack or drink. However, I have to say the atmosphere can be a bit sketchy, especially at night. It's not always the most comfortable place to be, but you can't beat the convenience.

Let me tell you what sucks is pulling in just needing gas and you have to have a receipt because it’s a company card and the pump won’t give you a receipt and the line inside is 15 people long

The customer service experience was disappointing. The staff were discourteous, and the pizza appeared to be old, yet we were still charged full price. Additionally, there were no available toppings for the hot dog, and the employees were unwilling to restock the condiments when asked.

Horrible customer service. Refused to refund me for jumper cambies that didn’t work and said they did in fact work. The black lady with the red bob gave attitude and refused to listen.

Y’all be careful they are scamming people. Instead of inserting your card they want you to “TAP” your card after you sign into your 7-11 account. I received emails from my gmail that someone was trying to login my email a week after putting my information on the keypad.

The place is nasty, the employee’s smell like onions and wet clothes, (no wonder why…) and if something happens to you, either on the Xact Air or on the stations they can not give you refunds even if you recorded the problem, I’m not coming back I’m now on my way I’m going to the racetrack that is 5 minutes from there and the place is clean and the employees are professionals and smell like a normal person would.

I wonder how long this had happened. How long since they last cleaned the coffee machine. I walked out without thinking twice. Filthy place. Boxes everywhere when they restocked. I almost fell tripping one of the boxes. The gas pumps? Hit or miss. Half the time they didn’t take credit card. 2/3 the machine couldn’t print receipts. Trash flying everywhere around the pump.
