I had a bad experience at this 7-Eleven location. Rita and the male staff(fat) member on shift were both unprofessional and spoke to customers in an unfriendly, dismissive way. Their attitude made the entire visit uncomfortable, and the service was far below what I expect from this store.

I wish I could rate this location a ZERO! The staff was terrible. The man at the counter said that the “store policy” says I can’t USE A COUPON because it was not on there app!? I asked him to tell me where it says that and he completely ignored me. I recommend everyone not to go to this location.

When it first opened it was nice and clean, well taken care of. Now it’s a sticky mess. Hard to believe people drink and eat out of there.

It may just be a crappy gas station but still go whenever. I love it. anytime I wanna snack quick I can just stop by 7-Eleven. Customer service is pretty decent there. They don’t really talk to you and I’m kind of introverted so that’s nice. Food is kind of overpriced, but it’s good. Still gets five stars from me.

Dirtiest toilets in the gas station I have ever seen. And in the town of prosper I am not sure if there is any standard that required to maintain by the health department but this is not in a good condition.

Looks like it hasn't been cleaned since opening Both inside and outside are disgusting. I get it, this place is super busy, but when you're pulling in that kind of cash spend some money to clean the place! Buc ee's is known for their high volume & their facilities are clean. Get it together Prosper 7-Eleven!1 Star for the Friendly staff

Visited this place for gasoline on 10Mar2023 night. People are friendly. Ambience is good. Big parking lot. No complaints. I missed one worst accident just few feet’s away from this place. Thank god. Good day.

Who in their right mind is hiring this staff?! I stopped by tonight for some gas, no indication of any sort that they were out, so I start to walk in and hear someone yelling at me (had my AirPods and in) lady wearing sweatpants and walking around completely unhinged yells they have no gas so I asked if she worked there and she ignored me. I asked again and she said yes. I asked if the valero across the street accepted Apple Pay because I was sort of in a panic and she disrespectfully yells, how am I supposed to know, go over there and see yourself. A simple idk would’ve sufficed but thanks. Maybe tell your employees to have manners and wear their uniform, I honestly thought she was a mentally unstable lady walking around.
