My experience here was great thanks to the young lady Melody5️⃣⭐💯... She was very kind and considerate, very professional, 5️⃣⭐💯(the only thing that just really bothered me was the other workers were kind of lazy talking and texting on their phone while she was doing all the work)💯💯
⭐⭐ I hope 7-Eleven treats this young lady right she deserves a raise 💯⭐⭐ December 24th around noon time ... Thank you Melody for making my experience great 💯💯💯

This location is amazing! The breakfast tacos are so good favorite way to start my day. They also have a really cool drink station for coffee and sodas. The customer service is truly the best they're quick when in a rush also kind when ordering and truly go above and beyond!

This is my first visit to this location. It is 8 am. I walk in and nobody acknowledges me. I greet the female employee with good morning and she says nothing. I get to the counter and the old guy just rang me up and stood there. I waited for him to say thank you or something. He said “what ?” I just said give me a receipt please. He printed the receipt and just walked away. Very disappointing for a business in the Prosper community that I love.

Nicest 7 Eleven I've ever seen. Some free samples on Fridays. Pizza was awful. It didn't even taste like a pizza. I don't know what it was. Seemed like fake ingredients or something. The pepperoni didn't taste like any pepperoni I've ever tried. The sausage was like sausage. The ham didn't really taste like ham. I don't what kind of cheese that was. The dough was crap. Their out their mind thinking they should be selling pizza. Of all things let go of that one.

Approximately at 8:17 a tall employee with long black hair was making doo doo-feces in the bathroom stall and left the bathroom without washing his hands and returning to the sales counter putting orders together. Gross!!! If anyone gets sick this is why.

The food at the Laredo Taco is always great.
The 7-11 restrooms are always nasty. 1 employee almost ran me down, very rude.
Response: yes I can be more specific and piss a few people off when I come in the next time since you don't believe me. Lol
I thought you could take care of the restrooms the last sev times i mentioned it at the store, but I guess not. The short male with dark hair that morning was the one who almost ran into me. I put my shoulder forward expecting an impact but he just missed me. Sorry, I will be more verbal. Thanks. ?

Migosh, went above and beyond to help me. The cold 16oz cokes were empty and he went to back cooler restocked and brought me a cold coca cola. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is definitely not your average 7-eleven. What a great store! And the employees take it seriously and keep it up! Lots of different choices here and a big selection. They also have a taco joint inside the store. What a great convenience store!
