We are long standing members. As of lately, the last six+ weeks, our gym is in some need of attention. The floors appear as though they’re not being regularly maintained, there’s dirt, trash etc. The paper towel dispensers are always empty, it seems. The disinfectant is always low. The office trash is overflowing with food wrappers and it does not look inviting. The equipment is dirty and the list goes on. I did not want to leave this public bad review but I’ve made several attempts to reach out on Facebook and by email but have not received a response. There are so many other gyms in the area. Please address these issues and get the gym back to where it was a couple of months ago. The current state is unacceptable.

Scheduled to visit. Got confirmation from them. Doors LOCKED. No one's answering phone. No employee present. How am I suppose to get inside?! Ridiculous! Waste of time.

This gym in Prosper, Texas, is the 46th stop on my FitQuest70 journey from Sacramento to Texas, and it turned out to be a fantastic surprise. Despite some initial nerves from reading negative reviews, I found the facility to be completely redone and spotless, with ongoing improvements to the showers. Staff was consistently visible cleaning and assisting members, contributing to a very welcoming atmosphere. After visiting 46 gyms, I can confidently say this one stands out for its cleanliness-no dust bunnies in sight-and its variety of specialty equipment, including a tractor tire and some unique benches. After my workout, both staff and members were very friendly and I ended up having a great 15-minute chat about health and fitness in the lobby. Based on my experience, this gym easily earns a 10 out of 10 for cleanliness, equipment, and the welcoming vibe.

The owner of this franchise location is VERY close to getting sued. You should have proper facilities maintained and this should be fixed immediately. You can’t own a business and not pay attention to things like this you are just opening yourself to litigation. If I had been injured from this shoddy work- I would be filing tomorrow. The next person to sit on it you guys might not get so lucky. Please fix this bathroom PROPERLY and then I may take down this review. You owe your members duty of care in the state of Texas and in the United States. Being negligent is not an excuse.

Nightmare canceling my son’s membership, been dealing with it since May. Worst communication no one from upper management/owner can be reached and have been sent to collections. I would NEVER join Anytime ever again. I have over $280 in my son’s name sent to collections that no one will help resolve.

Have been battling with this location for over a year. Mislead a college student to sign up over a break and then when he went to cancel, they told him it was 1 year contract. Person is no longer working at the location. Was told for ethics from current employee. Since then at one year, they refused to cancel b/c I was not the person on the account although they happily used my cc for a year to take payments. Had to cancel my cc b/c of them and now they are threatening my sons credit for $240 b/c I stopped paying. The rep at location agreed to cancel and then when it wasn't done and I called back, he said he couldn't and was told not to. We are having to hire a lawyer now to which will cost more money but the principle of ethics is worth it. The owner has been emailed numerous time and corporate with no follow up from them.

The gym has been closed due to no electricity for the last 4 days. All the other businesses in the same building are operating with electricity. No one is answering phones. Is this franchise going out of business?

The new manager is fantastic. This was a two star gym that the new manager was able to turn around to a 4 star gym. Great community here, small gym, lots of regulars. Equipment is slightly older, but the new manager has been making repairs regularly. He also keeps the place very clean, which the last two managers did not. Note to those looking to join, use a services called ActiveDirect to book your membership. Not only is it cheaper, its way easier to cancel. Read the reviews on this place on cancellations.... With the other company its as easy as one click to cancel. I have left and came back several times and belong to multiple gyms with AD.

My daughter has been trying to reach someone here for months to get her membership cancelled. They have ignored her every attempt. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone.

Beware of this place. Was a member for over two years and decided to cancel the membership in March of this year after discovering Texas Family Fitness was a better option. We went in to cancel and was told by the manager that everything was done and we are good to go. Four month later I realize that they are still charging us so we went in to question it. They gave us some lip service about how the previous manager didn’t do the cancelations and we were not the first to have this issue. The new manager offered no refund for the four months of dues they stole from us. They “cancelled” it again but still provided no cancelation proof so we were forced to block them from charging us. Very unprofessional. The place is a complete dump too. Outdated equipment and lack of maintenance is obvious. They’ll be out of business soon.

Cancelled my membership after one year contract in July by visiting personally to the Gym and then moved to different city. But kept on billed till Oct/nov. Called and mailed them several times but didn’t take any action. Had to block card on record to stop the payment. Has to pay to close the account. Please keep away as most user experiences are like mine.
