I am platinum member with BOA for long time but yet this bank can't open a new account for me. I loved the technology at BOA but it has taken over so much that even branch associates can't assist. I was advised for my online application to go to branch for an associate to help me but it turns out that those associates are more clueless and offered no additional help or engage bank manager or customer service. Time for me to move my business somewhere else.

Generally I find BOA branches to be 1 star at best but I found a very helpful banker at this branch on the morning of Saturday July 22. I had made a stupid error at the drive thru ATM costing me $200. Initially I went into the branch and told a teller what had happened - she gave me the usual brush off and told me to call the ATM company. Instead I decided to talk to the guy standing at the welcome desk .He took me into his office, made a phone call and arranged for a temporary credit for the $200. I told him that he had earned a good review for his branch - here it is ! I just received notification that the temporary credit is now permanent. To that guy - thank you.

Horrible at best...made a large check deposit from a company on company check and the guy said, no problem funds available in the morning...what a lie ! So far, 2 says later and my funds ARE NOT AVAILABLE @ C'MON BOA...this is 2023, get with the program ! I need access to my funds!

Worst customer service ever!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. They only ever have one teller working. If you ask one of the bankers for help they treat you as if you are bothering them and tell you they can't help you. Then when someone they/one of their friends walks in they will drop everything and go behind the counter just to help them. Meanwhile you have been standing in line to be helped for 20-30 minutes. It's like they don't understand that the fact that I bank there makes it so that they have a job. I have banked with BofA for more than 10 years. I have my personal account and two business accounts with them. I am definitely looking for a bank who treats their customer better.

Horrible customer service. Banked with them for 10+ years. We have our personal and 2 business accounts here. Never helpful. NEVER go above and beyond. Just went In BEFORE closing. Confirmed the notary was there to assist with a business document. Another employee overheard my conversation Re: notary, and said oh we close in 30 minutes. Mind you it’s 3:30. Choose to go to chase. Called my husband, we will be moving ALL of our accounts. Over big businesses and poor customers service.

They changed their hours. Closing time on Fridays is 400P. That is not very convenient for those that can't leave work early to cash or deposit a payroll check. Of all the days to have later hours, please make it Friday.

Went to this location to open up a new checking account and have been plagued with nothing but problems, to which I am still dealing with. This has been the worse experience in dealing with BOA in 25 yrs. My suggestion is to try another location!

Worst experience ever. Nobody works there and when you find a person, they just tell you to go to an ATM machine because no one is working. They don’t try to help you or explain what’s going on and when I show concern for the long line, they tell me to go to the drive thru which is broken but they don’t care, they just want you to go away. Money order is supposed to be deposited like cash but they want to hold it for one week before funds become available.

Great staff and hassle free service…I always enjoy my conversations all time with employees of this bofa center as they take care of their customers so well and never loose focus from providing best services to their Customers in quick manner.

First. No tellers. No assistance. Lady at the front would not get a manager to assist with deposit.Second BOA and none are close to me.Time to switch banks.Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

Terribly understaffed at the counter. One person working the counter - other employees doing nothing with customers- in offices avoiding eye contact. Line of 9 customers waiting & I've been here 10 min now & the line has not moved. No one's explaining why. Apologizing or offering ant help - pretty horrible customer experience. Time to switch to another bank
