I highly recommend this place to board your pet. They sincerely care.I recently had an experience that reqired immediate attention. The situation was handled very professionaly and efficiently. Thank you Amanda and the entire staff at Bliss for your compassion and assistance. God Bless.

0 stars if I could. I downloaded yelp just for this review this place abuses their dogs never take ur precious animal they let ur animals sit in their own shit up until u pick them up they hit throw and kick their dogs horrible place the sounds just coming from the place are horrifying please protect you babies and never take them here. The manager doesn't care about any of the dogs and only cares about financial aid and will charge u up the roof for things they fucked up on never taking my dog there again

We took our puppy here for daycare/training and it was awesome! Amanda spent quality time teaching him the basics and then teaching us. Will definitely be bringing our pups back for playtime and Kong of the day!

I booked dog boarding from 02Jun-05Jun with a basic dog bath to be given on 05Jun before pick up so dog could be clean. Pet was given to me wet with urine and feces and I was given an apology because the basic bath was not given, the owner didn't know why. In addition, the dog was bitten on the left ear and one canine went all the way through. He hasn't been eating since I picked him up on 05Jun, continues vomiting and has non stop diarrhea. I was told I would be refunded the value of the basic bath only and not the full stay. I'm sure some other pet owners have had a great experience at Bliss, unfortunately that was not the case for us.

Never been there, just called to inquire about pricing for day care. Was told that since I didn't have my dog castrated, he could not play with other dogs, just one on one interaction time with a staff member, of which have very poor customer service reviews. No, I believe I'll just continue taking Gunther to the dog park myself, where he craves interaction with other DOGS!

Love love love this place. The fees are reasonable and our fur baby is so excited every time we pull into the parking lot. They know all of the pets by name and make them feel right at home.

Our 8 year old Golden was boarded there during Christmas for the 1st time because our other boarding place was booked out and to say I regret that choice is an understatement. Our poor girl lost 10 pounds, she came home a totally different dog and I’m now having to spend over $600 because she’s so sick. I called to see why they didn’t call to tell me she was sick and the lady just seemed to go speechless, she did say that they are seeing a lot of cases of this canine flu and kennel cough. Our sweet girl has been up coughing all night and hasn’t ate or drink anything since coming home. I just wished I was informed of everything that was going on here and that they are having a lot of cases at this facility, when we took her to our vet they said that their seeing a lot of dogs coming from Bliss that are getting this flu and kennel cough. Please be careful when boarding your dog here, our dog has been boarded multiple times per year and has never been sick like this before.

This is a great facility for daycare and boarding. The staff is wonderful, they have cameras in the yards (can also opt for a room with one when boarding), a doggie pool and tons of fun events for the pups year round. My 4 'kids' go Monday through Friday and come home exhausted. In the morning, they are ready to go back! They love it, I love it. The staff is always so kind and love the dogs. I highly recommend at least trying them out. Your pup will thank you :)

I am new to the area and I didn't have a pet sitter. I had to take a last minute trip. They were able to fit my dogs in. I was required to do a day of daycare for both because they were new. They asked if I wanted to book boarding (because they take a deposit) at the same time I booked daycare. I thought was odd because I thought the purpose of daycare was to see how my dogs would react to the staff. When asked I was told they would board my dog regardless- then why charge me for daycare?- i continued with the boarding because I didn't really have another option. They were their for 7 days - I was charge $20 per dog for early drop off (was not told about that charge) $5 per day per dog for peak season and charged for services I didn't agree to for my dog. I brought extra food when I dropped them off and I had to ask for it back when we were leaving. I wasn't shown the invoice before I paid (I asked if the would use the card on file but I would have been charged a 3% convenience fee - I wasn't charged the 3 % fee when they took the deposit) once I got the invoice via email, I asked the front desk associate to explain the charges she looked something up in the computer and told me to email the manager if I had an issue. She didn't provide any contact information. I called and left a message for the manager around 8 am. I didn't get a response I emailed around 1 pm. I got a response stating the manager would get back to me around 2. I received a call from the manager and this response was ok. He mentioned he was going to give me a credit for the services but didn't provide amount. They missed a nail on one of the dog so he said I could bring him back to finish. My dogs seem happy but I am not.

My pup loves it here, the staff is wonderful and I have never had any issues with them. They even wiped a no show fee because my dog got sick the night before.

Our rescue pup is a new member at Bliss Pet Resort, and she’s only been a couple times, but I just have to say they take such great care of her. They do a great job making sure the dogs are happy, safe, and well taken care of. They are very kind, and patient, and familiar with her as she is very timid. The prices are reasonable, and the groomers do a great job…she comes home so clean and smelling amazing! Bliss Pet Spa is her new happy place!

I booked 5 nights at Bliss, took the dog in for the first night stay only to find out later that night I contracted COVID, called Bliss the next morning and explained the situation and said I will have someone in my family pick up the dog since we didn't need the other nights but they refused to credit the other nights, I could understand if I wanted to cancel for any other reason but COVID is rather unpredictable, let alone some of the tragic results we have seen from COVID. Flights, hotel and car issued refunds but not Bliss. If Bliss is this inconsiderate with me imagine their interest in your animal, after some argument the manager offered to give me credit towards daycare but based on this interaction I wasn't interested. I won't ever go back

Have taken both corgis there for bathing, brushing and nail dremmeling. Very happy with both baths/brushing. Nails were left longer than we would have expected on done of the toes. Some were as short as we were expecting, just not consistent on all toes.

I am so disappointed in Bliss Pet Resort. We have been going here for years and the latest encounter all boils down to a terrible receptionist that severely lacks customer service skills. I will not be using Bliss ever again after the last 2 encounters with her.
