I have got so many plants at this store, and like wise bought a plant last week along with other indoor plants. One plant of all was not doing good and could not see it suffer at home and went back to return with in a week, usually it is a 30day return policy. The lady at counter was nice and doing the transaction, but a guy with pony tail came out of no where just nodding his head sideways in discontent and threw the plant away in a trash ranting his frustration. Very bad experience here.

Great selection of plants. I think prices are a little high and it can be challenging waiting for someone who can answer questions.

This store is seriously lacking in customer service.

Jordan was super helpful and she helped me with her suggestions . Only because of her I was able to make right choices in my selections. I would highly appreciate her kind nature and customer responsiveness. On the same lines I went for shopping again and requested for help . Chris the store manger was very rude and not even trying to answer any questions. He should be taught how to behave with customers.

We've been buying our Christmas trees from Calloway's for over 30 years (Plano, Little Elm, and most recently Prosper). They've always been expensive, but we're happy to pay up for a pretty fresh tree. This year, they have maybe 1/5 of the trees they normally have (and we go shopping right after Thanksgiving). The trees they do have aren't really trees - they are only vaguely triangle shaped. These are more like Christmas bushes. They're all lopsided with big gaps between the branches. Prices are still high - $350 for a decently tall tree. $100 for a fresh wreath.

They had a lousy selection of Christmas trees. I don't mind the very high prices, but not for these trees. Some were missing branches. We may just get an artificial tree.

Great experience. Clean store. Nice selection of plants. Sylvia, one of the managers helped me out with a price dispute.

Oh, I totally agree with the post made a few months ago. No friendly faces. They seem to dodge helping you. I couldn’t find the manager that was standing around when I first entered. One staff member had just wrapped up helping a customer, looked up and saw I was waiting for him, then re-opened a whole new conversation with the same customer, and even volunteered to show them something else on the floor! I was forced to go back to the unfriendly looking young lady that was watering the plants. She was incredibly rude and snappy with me, just as I imagined she’d be by her body language. As the customer stated on here a few months ago, I could clearly see bias in the way they communicated as well. I am African American.

Very knowledgeable staff and friendly! My wife and I were unsure of what plants would work best for fall and they guided us into the right direction and now our garden at home is thriving! Thanks!

Calloways can always find what you want. Rehnee was extremely helpful she found just what I wanted in short order. Love Calloways and the prices.

Always super friendly and helpful. Can’t say enough great things about this location. The Prosper location is truly awesome. Great selection on all plants, trees and any maintenance items.

So glad I stopped in this store after a meeting. I had researched a few shrubs and hadnt been able to find them at others. A super cheerful and knowledgeable gal Rhealee helped me find them because I wasnt sure what they really looked like. I was impressed with how she new the inventory, how they would work in sun, sizes I should plant, other choices to add and helped with my cart becuase I wasnt dressed for plant shopping.

bought 4 Echinacea in March..... it died. Talked to the store plant experts. This particular person was NOT interested in understanding the problem. She asked me to transplant. It still died. now i have nothing.I would have been okay with the dead plants, if not being patronized by the store's plant expert. My experience with this plant expert was same twice. therefore this review
