The online prices didn’t match what was in store and the staff wasted time following me around as if I wanted to steal something but another woman looked clearly guilty, I’m sure it was related to my skin color. Do better. I won’t be going back there. The previous staff were much more professional.

Call before you go. Just stopped by at 650 pm and they locked door stating they are closed. Store doesn’t close until 7 pm

Clothes are good. But the policy of having only one bag per transaction makes me to feel.. am I in Texas?And that bag is also very flimsy and after we spent $130 or so we had to take some of our clothes in hand to bring it home new.Before we get in the car that one bag also torn away.The associates could be more based on practical than policy.

I had a terrible experience at this location today. I used to shop here often until this older woman started working there. She was so rude to me & tried to embarrass me in front of other customers for returning a few pjs I had purchased the day before. She interrogated me like a criminal asking did I purchase the items even though I had a receipt, tags and card I purchased the items with. She also asked why didn’t I take them back to the store I purchased at. I told her she was overstepping her boundaries and being rude. My skin color must have had something to do with it, because she was nice to the other customers returning items. Won’t be returning and do not recommend if you’re a minority.

Worst experience ever. I was greeted but after circling the store a few times with a busy toddler I was never asked if I needed help and when my child yanked herself away and fell on the floor the older lady who works there suddenly appeared and commented “oh that’s abuse”. I understand that was meant to be a joke but it was COMPLETELY out of line and the LAST thing a flustered mom wants to hear. It was not helpful. It was rude and pointless. I walked out of that store without purchasing anything, and the shopping experience was completely ruined.

Worst store experience I’ve ever had walking into a Carter’s store. I’m never coming back to this Prosper location. I came in to shop for some clothes for my niece. Couldn’t even tell you what the lady’s name that was working is since she didn’t bother to walk up to me she was to busy having a long meaningless conversation from what I overheard with what looked like another customer. She’s an older lady with blonde hair who didn’t great me didn’t ask if I needed help nothing. I walked out without spending anything due to her bad attitude and lack of care for others. Hope the store management addresses her behavior for future guest that shop here.

I entered the store and was not greeted. I saw the employee at different times during my visit and never once was greeted or asked if I needed help. Then the employee was very loudly having a conversation with some customers about a personal story that seemed unprofessional. Also not a big selection of classy clothes for a toddler. I put the stuff I had picked out down and left.

I didn't know that the store closes at 8pm on weekdays and was really excited to go to the Carters which has opened very near to my house for the first time. I entered the store at 7:59pm and asked the worker very first thing when do they close and she told me at 8pm, I apologized her right away and said I will be real quick and will try my best to get the gifts ASAP. I took hardly 10-12 minutes and even while shopping I again apologized to the worker for entering at the eleventh hour. At the counter I just went back to get a different size only which did not take a minute and the same worker came to me to whom I apologized twice already, telling me to make it real quick as they had to close the store. She knew it very well that I was about to leave, even if I wasn't, it was such a pathetic and non professional customer service. Once you enter the store even a minute is left then no one could tell you make it real quick. That worker was their assistant manager Sara. I've never seen that much non courteous manager anywhere else before, I'm not going to that store again, even though it's very near to my house because of the poor customer service.
