Alex did a great job from the initial start, she was patient, kind and provided great guidance. Ubi was extremely informative and was able to explain everything in laymen terms. I will continue banking with Chase and going to this particular location.

I had a wonderful experience at this Chase branch. Sumana assisted me in opening an account for my kids and kindly explained all the details, helping me choose the best option for our needs. I’ll definitely return to this branch if I need to open another account in the future.

Well apparently Chase has enough money and accounts I arrived at 10:00 a.m. and was told I had to make an appointment for 3:30pm to open up a checking account. I never heard of such nonsense in my life, that's fine I'll take my money elsewhere to a bank that will appreciate it.

Have the worse experience dealing with Amber today. It was so hard to closed my account. First they needed second form of ID I got her that, then she said the second ID was not good because they just closed my account. I when to the car to get a third form of ID. They just treated me like criminal even though I was given them all kind of identification. Horrible! They need to learn their procedures instead of making all kinds of excuses when the client is right there. I understand there are procedures, but the way the teller was talking to me was not professional. There are some many banks don’t deal with this one.

Today, 2/8/25, I visited the Chase Bank at 380 and 423, to cash a check that I thought I would have issues cashing. I was blessed to get cashier, Alexandra A. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and knew exactly how to solve my perceived problem. Yes, she did cash my check. She appeared to be proud of her work and had a have a good base to be a candidate to advance further in her banking career!! Chase should be very proud to have this type of person at this location. Definitely an advancement candidate.

The ATMs are out of service at least 4 days a week. Is this being done intentionally by your branch, or does Chase not have the funds to maintain them?

Tellers are pretty nice but with this being the only chase in the area the ATMs are always down, long waits for deposits. Very disappointing?
