I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Chase Bank branch located in Prosper TX Windsong Ranch area, and I couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional service I received.From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. The atmosphere was inviting and conducive to a positive banking experience.I appreciated the personalized attention we received. The staff took the time to understand our specific requirements and guided us towards the best solutions tailored to our needs. This level of attention to individual customers sets Chase at WIngsong Ranch apart.Kudos to the Chase WIndosng Ranch branch for setting the standard for outstanding customer service! I wholeheartedly recommend this branch to anyone seeking a positive and efficient banking experience.

Extremely disappointed that they dont provide notary services to their customers. I will be rethinking about my accounts now. The customer service is not bad hence the 2 stars, but they really blew it by not providing simple service that their competitors so easily provide.

I generally receive great service from the greeter and tellers at this location. However today I go in at 4:40 p.m. There are three bankers in the office section with zero clients. None of them will help me open (another) account, because it might not be wrapped up by 5 p.m.So for the next 20 minutes they’re gonna sit there watching the clock so they can leave at five on the dot, rather than help somebody trying to open a new account.I can’t imagine receiving a call from a client at 4:55 and asking them to call me back on a different day because it might take more than five minutes for me to help them.Excellent customer service. ?

Was okay experience. Wouldn't advise if you really want some good one on one help. Just felt like a doctors appointment, want you in and out, just want to make sure they make you "feel" satisfied, but won't take the time to truly help you as a friend would.

The tellers were efficient in handling my transactions, and I didn't encounter any significant issues during my visit. The bank's interior was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for customers.For basic financial transactions, such as depositing or withdrawing funds, the bank's walk-in service was sufficient. The wait times were reasonable, and the staff processed my requests efficiently. The tellers were knowledgeable and able to answer my questions regarding account balances and transaction details.However, I did notice that the bank could get quite busy during peak hours. This resulted in longer wait times and a somewhat hectic environment. If you're looking to discuss more complex matters, such as loan applications, account modifications, or financial planning, I strongly recommend making an appointment in advance.During my visit, I witnessed a customer who needed assistance with a mortgage application and wasn't able to receive immediate attention due to the high volume of customers. The bank employees apologized and suggested that the customer schedule an appointment for a later time. Ridiculous. Called and verified about the notary and when you walk in - the person at the counter says they don’t do notarize documents for passport. One branch does it and other one doesn’t. Waste of time.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from your company. I had a problem with my check, was lied to and attempted to reconcile the mistake that Diego made. Instead, I was met with unhelpful and unprofessional representatives (I stood in line for 7 minutes before even being acknowledged). I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of care and attention given to my concerns and I will be sure to spread the word about my negative experience. It was a total waste of time and energy to try to get help from your company (the excuse was "he's new"). I strongly suggest that your company train its customer service representatives to be more courteous and efficient in addressing customer issues...to also pay attention to detail and to ask for help if they do not understand.***I went into this branch as an account holder of Chase and asked to "cash" my check from my employer. Diego told me that the company who issued my check, issued it to ONLY be "deposited" and NOT "cashed". I spoke to ADP (the company who issued the check) and they informed me that they do not/did not issue checks with a "deposit" requirement. I personally feel like I was lied to and I do not appreciate being treated that way and ignored. I will be closing my account as soon as I am able to.

This bank is terrible. I would give then zero stars if I could. I have had multiple bad experiences here and this last one was the icing on the cake. I went in to open a new business account for one of my larger businesses and not only was the guy rude but he told me they were too busy and maybe I could come in a few days to a week. I already have multiple accounts. That I'm so excited to close them! Now none of my employees will bank here either.
