Do yourself a favor and avoid this Chase branch completely. I had an appointment with Viktoriya McClellan—she even called me at 2PM Central to confirm details. But when I arrived, instead of honoring the appointment, she sent a bald, middle-aged man who not only had zero knowledge of my case but also treated me with blatant disrespect. The whole interaction came across as racist and dismissive. This branch is unprofessional, unhelpful, and a complete waste of time. Stay away

Poor customer service after setting their for 10 mins. I see one agent is free they should have at least say something like we will be there are something. We just sat there for 10 mins and came back.

I had fraud on my account, came in was greeted immediately and short wait but Alex was able to help me efficiently change my accounts to new ones, order a new card, and change and reset all my mobile banking immediately! Super easy and quick! Thanks so much!

Me and my husband had an appointment with Moin Kazi to update information on a few of our accounts. He was absolutely excellent! He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My husband grabbed his card, that way we can schedule with him in the future for any other banking needs. Thank you Moin!

As someone who has worked in a bank, I know the importance of good customer service and obtaining accurate information. I legally changed my name 3 years ago and immediately updated this with Chase. They told me my name would be updated on all parts of my account. 3 years later my identity got stolen and when I needed bank statements showing my address, I learned Chase had never updated my last name in their system. When I came into the branch to have this addressed they told me they would fix it. A month later I went in to get a page of checks. I waited in line for 10 minutes, got the checks and walked out, to notice they had my old last name still. I went back into the branch, waited another 10 minutes, and said this is unacceptable as my name was changed for security reasons not just marriage or something. They scoffed at me, printed new checks and said they would fix it, but that it would take 3 billing cycles to update. 3 billing cycles later and surprise surprise, my name is still not updated. After my experiences I decided to go to another bank, and it took 6 phone calls for me to finally get my account closed. I have never been treated so unprofessionally by a banking institution and I will NEVER do business with Chase bank again. Save yourself the time and frustration and go to capital one where at least you get a good savings interest.
