Not once but twice I have tried to order from the app, the first time it came back cancelled right away because they were “unable to fulfill my order.” I call the number given for support and they tell me the store is having issues with the system so that’s why it was cancelled. I call the next day to make sure they online orders are working (even explained the issue I had the before and expressed I wanted to make sure it was up and working because I didn’t want it taking my money again) I’m told everything is working just fine “no issues” as far as online orders, so I place another order only to get the same response. The issue I’m having is my money won’t be refunded until 1-3 business days depending on my bank. I spent over $50 and again I’m out on the money until i don’t know when because the MOD told me there was no issues with the ordering system. Very inconvenient and the last time I order with them.

service here has been slower and lees than stellar. was not willing to deliver food to a church/school presumably because the order was not large enough. have dined in the restaurant gone through drive through and similar experience.

I went thru the drive thru. The associates were nice and friendly. The food was really hot and fresh. I recommend the mango passion lemonade. It's a new drink flavor they are serving now.

I went through the drive-thru and I checked my order after leaving the drive-thru. They left items out of my bag. Went inside and had to wait in line for their screw up. TEN MINUTES!
