Very poor customer service at the pharmacy. Language issues when they are waiting on English speaking customers and it is often difficult to understand this all East Indian staff. Also feel cultural bias when they are addressing me and other customers. CVS has usually been a great choice for a pharmacy with friendly and attentive staff- this location and staff seem to be bothered by their customers. And finally- clean the entire front window, doors, and entry space. This filthy area is typical for the customer experience waiting inside. Years of built up grime makes the entry look like an abandoned store.

Screw cvs and your stupid phone menu! You won’t verify the DOB, because it doesn’t match my phone number. I’M MOT CALLING FOR ME, that’s why I have it a different DOB. Can’t reach a person, just damn voicemail.

Very high prices, go shop somewhere else…everything is over priced 50-100% more than Walmart and Amazon.

HORRIBLE PHARMACY!!!!! How do I get confirmation my medicine was ordered from my doctor. Confirmation that CVS has received and FILLED my prescription. Then I show up and they have NOTHING.. Your doctor can call in medicine and the pharmacist will still say they have received nothing for you. Somehow I will pick up my meds every 90 days, as I should, but still cannot get ahold of my ADHD Meds,& more and my insurance won’t cover it anymore? Makes me just feel like pharmacist are stealing my meds. They will also text u repeatedly that there are meds READY for you to pick up and they will still take 20 minutes to pack it up bc it wasn’t ready 🙄 this is the worst pharmacy on the planet it actually is so infuriating it will make u want to go cold turkey from medicine just from how horrible and hard it is to get the medicine!!! Suspicious stuff going on here and horrible pharmacy

This pharmacy offers poor service, with rude staff, long wait times, and the new voicemail system is ineffective—there’s only a 50/50 chance they’ll return your call. I suggest you go ANYWHERE else.

What is up with the whole leave a secure voicemail when you want to speak to the pharmacist. This is a horrible idea because they don't call back. Why would they implement something that makes the customer service experience worse ? Horrible feature and they wonder why people take their business elsewhere.

My blood thinners (injections) are a matter of life and death for me and they haven’t been able to get it together for DAYS! Don’t have my anti nausea meds in stock. Are you freaking kidding me!? How about not kill someone because your pharmacy is inadequate!!!!!! Will NEVER come back here!

I bought something for pickup, and when I opened it the box was opened, so then i counted how many were there, there was supposed to be 10 total and there was 1 missing. I will not be returning to this cvs, the staff couldn't care less if we actually have what we paid for. I didn't go back to ask for a different one because 1, when I was placing my pickup order it showed there was only 1 left in stock and 2, he would've probably thought I took 1 out and was asking for a refund or something so I didn't even want to bother.

Visited CVS located at 2451 E University Dr in Prosper. I was helped by RICHA who was very efficient and accommodating she went out of her way to assist me as i am hearing impaired. Your company deserves a lot of credit in having employees such as her who apparently makes customer satisfaction a priority. Kudos to her for doing a great job!

I now understand why this CVS has such terrible reviews. Literally the worst and most unhelpful experience I’ve ever had at a pharmacy. Both in person when I asked questions and when I called back to reference the questions I asked in person. I suggest just driving a little further and going to another pharmacy.
