Pharmacy here is a disaster. Whenever I come, there is either an hour line at the drive thru or 10 people on line inside. They are beyond slow and no one ever seems in a hurry to help. They can never find my prescription and have to sift through dozens of bags. The wait is always unacceptable to the point I am just moving all my prescriptions somewhere else where they can actually operate efficiently.

Worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. Pharmacists can’t ring up meds quickly and the entire place is inefficient. Go anywhere else…. Unless you enjoy waiting in a 30 minute line of only 4 people where you will be turned away by a pharmacist who can’t ring up a basic Rx.

Pharmacy picks up phone and puts you on hold immediately. You wait for over 15 min then give up. Has happened multiple times.

Pharmacy calls the police.The pharmacy denied service, stating to me it was closing time.This is after I've been waiting in the line for 45 mins.The staff member I confronted about the issue rudely reiterated the same.When I stood my ground, the police turns up.The pharmacist defused the police situation, calling it misdial only due to the fact that there so many other customers behind me, stuck in the same situation.

Last time I had to pick up prescriptions I had to return 3 times! Today I had 3 prescriptions to pick up. I was only able to get 2, the other will take 2 days to get! I waited in the drive through for about an hour to pick up my meds. So poorly managed. Some of the staff are nice, others not.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy and poorly mismanaged store I have ever been to. I have lived in Prosper for 5 years now and gets worse and worse every month. I read the comments below and I cannot believe CVS does not fix this. It is horrible and I hate to be this way but I think the workers are part of some program to help high school drop-outs.I am in line right now and there is about 15 people in line and I swear the people look like they are moving in slow motion.The kid at the computer is texting on his phone sipping a soda and looks up every 30 seconds to scan how long the line is and then looks down. The girl at the counter talks to someone for a minute and then just starts pacing around.CVS- what are you thinking? This place is a cash cow and the staff is so rude, incompetent and miserable and no matter how much everyone complains you are not fixing this. Please help these people.

Pharmacy is ALWAYS under staffed (or just slow).Picking up prescriptions on the way home from work is impossible unless you want to spend an hour in the drive through lane.They have two lanes available but only one is ever open.I took a break from work at 2pm to beat the traffic, but I spent 45 minutes in line. 3 cars in front of me bailed out and left the line of cars after 30+ mins.It’s the same every single time I’ve been here. I’m switching away from this location.

This Cvs has become the worst so far. They hire these teen with no customer service skills. They fill outdated refills that my doctor does not call in anymore. Ive told them several times not to fill medications I no longer take. I will be getting my meds from Kroger or Walmart from now on. I received an injection for my daughter and they didnt inform me that it needed to be refrigerated and it went bad.I wouldnt be surprised if they shut down this location.

I’ve been recovering from surgery for 4 weeks. CVS has been horrible. They can’t get two of the strengths of Hydrocodone. That in itself isn’t their fault, but they don’t call me and don’t communicate with me. I had no idea this was a thing, that it’s on back order and extremely difficult to get a normal pain med I need. When I call them it’s just tough luck. They don’t offer solutions or suggestions. They won’t call another CVS pharmacy to see if they have the meds I need. They won’t contact the Dr. So I’m the one calling around to different pharmacies, contacting the doctor, trying to figure out how I can get the meds I need. It’s ridiculous! And when any of us go pick up meds, it takes a crazy amount of time in the drive through. Everything about this pharmacy is just horrible.

By far the worst CVS pharmacy. They consistently are under staffed in the pharmacy and even when they have 6-8 people back there only 1 is checking customers out. Waiting 20 minutes in line in the late afternoon consistently to pick up your prescriptions a POOR customer experience. Moving all my prescriptions out of this location.This gal is done here.

I’m a CVS employee and the stupidity and lack of attention at the pharmacies is astonishing. I just picked up antibiotics for my son (liquid amoxicillin) and was given powder (ie it was never mixed) had to turn around and come back after speaking with a rep and told them I was coming only to arrive at the drive through and they were closed. There was 5 min between the call ending and me arriving back. No heads up they were closing, nothing. Now I’m stuck with powder.
