Just called asking about a shoe that is set to release later the month. I wanted to get myself on a list before resellers come in and buy up all their stock. The girl on the phone said she wouldnt know if they are selling them until the day they release. Really? You dont know if you have the shoe until release day? Stop lying to customers trying to buy merchandise for themselves.

I visited the store today and had a disappointing experience with the service. Despite the presence of a large number of customers, there was only one cashier working. The manager was observed standing idly by, seemingly unconcerned about the long line forming. This lack of assistance from the manager was unprofessional and left customers feeling frustrated and neglected.One customer eventually approached the manager to inquire about the lack of additional cashiers. Unfortunately, the manager responded with an unhelpful attitude, displaying a clear lack of professionalism. It should be noted that the manager said only five employees were working, which further added to the inefficiency and delays. Also, never once did he apologize for the inconvenience.As the situation continued to deteriorate, customers began to leave the store and abandon their items on nearby shelves. Rather than assisting the overwhelmed cashier, the manager was seen gathering these abandoned items and returning them to their respective shelves. This further highlighted the lack of organization and support by management.I would like to emphasize that this incident occurred on 2/2/24 and it is my sincere belief that the manager's behavior was unacceptable. For a manager to get frustrated at the shoppers while his cashier struggled checking people out. It is clear that such a manager is not fit for their role and should be replaced. The overall experience was disappointing, and I hope that appropriate actions are taken to address these issues and improve the service quality in the future.

Came here on Saturday morning for a white 2xl dallas cowboys tee and they literally had 0 what im thiking is, game is next day and they ask for a white out so how u not gunna carry a any white mens shirt . No belén verga

The store is very clean and well organized. The sale signs were not clear however and some items were in a spot marked on sale but were not on sale. The employees we very kind however.

I went in just to try some new shoes so that I could add them to my gift list for the upcoming holidays. Even knowing I wouldn't be buying today, Noah in the shoes department was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. He was polite to everyone he encountered and managed helping several people at once.When I finally make my purchase, I plan to buy from him.

I was looking at a pair of shoes. I asked for a certain size. When checking out, I was told customer put wrong plastic insert inside shoe that indicated wrong price. I asked manager if it wasn't employee error, and of course, he said no. The manager wouldn't honor the listed price!! I guess I'm not shopping here anymore.

very good experience. this worker i think his name was nino? helped me out and he was very helpful with helping me find the nike socks i wanted and his customer service was amazing. I would 100% recommend him for other employees.

I love the product that I purchased! But I’m so incredibly glad that I purchased it online or I might’ve left it where it was. I arrived for online pickup to a increasingly long line of customers awaiting service, and confused associates. I asked, and was directed to a single station at the front… were I was then greeted by an associate(appeared to be manager) with an attitude letting me know that I needed to check in on my phone before I could be serviced. I can only assume he was having a rough day but he made the experience sour when it could’ve been sweet.

Dick’s closed the best part of their store (Fields & Stream). As for Dick’s, well, they cancelled an order placed in store because inventory was sold out, even though it said they had a few in stock.

Don’t Expect any customer service. I was in a hurry and wanted to try on some outfits. I pressed the button to call someone to the dressing room but no one came. Found a kid working in the shoe department who was on his phone and didn’t have a key to the dressing room. When he called someone to help, no one answered. Had I not wanted the outfit so bad I would have walked out. The only nice person was the elderly gentleman at the register.

I will never shop @ Dick’s again. Removing firearms and hunting gear should start their collapse here in TX. The CEO using his political views rather than catering to his clients is always a good business move.

I love this location. I am always so happy with the selection and the sizes available.Also the employees and management are so helpful and friendly. I also appreciate how well organized the store is!
