Very friendly. Easy online appointment scheduling availability for my convenience. I added a last minute headlight bulb change to my oilchange and they were more than happy to ad that to my work order. I definitely will be back

I cannot tell you how happy I am with their outstanding service. I was on my way out of town to go back home when my car died. I limped the car over to their store. They were able to fix it so that I could go home…same day!! Super nice folks too!

Drivers Edge is the last place I’d recommend taking a vehicle. I have been several times before and had great service. However, this time will be my last. Dropped off a Saturday morning 8am for new front breaks, replacing a belt, and oil change. They were unable to complete my vehicle on Saturday, so they called and said they would store inside there locked bays over the weekend. So I agreed since it would be locked inside. After church on Sunday I drove by and noticed my vehicle was sitting out side and not locked indoors like they told me it would be. On Tuesday (Monday was holiday) I called at 11am b/c I hadn’t heard anything from driver’s edge they said they were working on it now and will have estimate shortly. They did call 15 mins later and indicated breaks weren’t needed and they would do oil change and recommended getting all new belts. So I had them move forward with the repairs. When I picked up the veh and started it had made same exact noise I brought it in for??? They said they couldn’t pinpoint any problems or reproduce the noises I described? Also they claimed to complete multiple point inspection but the air in all my tires was now magically different psi, the inside of the driver side are was covered in shop dirt/dust from a mechanic crawling in and out of my vehicle. And my vehicle had an additional 5 miles put on it from when I left there 4 days prior. 2 ⭐️ since they were able to complete the repairs and only did the repairs that were needed vs what I asked them to do. Lack of timely communication and trust in the ability of this company to diagnose and repair problems
