“UPDATE: Premier Behavior called to discuss the employee in question. They assured me that her unprofessional attitude regarding the incident is being addressed by management. I do not want the review to effect Dr.Zafar, who is with the Premier group, in a negative way. He’s a good doctor! Therefore, I am changing the review to 5stars.I love Dr. Zafar and Martin (MA). They are the best. But unfortunately today I experienced an incident with the front desk lady who works on the Behavioral side of Premier. While escorting my elderly dad and his caregiver to see Dr. Zafar, the front desk lady came to help a patient out to her car. Instead of asking us to move our car she proceeds to hit my car with the patients car door. When I said something to her, she was very rude and said “I EXPECTED for you to move!” I was shocked at her response and insensitive manner. I have never had a problem at Premier but I felt that if she was rude to me she is probably being rude to someone else. The doctors office is not the place for this type of behavior.”
“Well I cant attest to the care but they are not accepting any new patients, they have a waitlist that they are currently adding to.. She mentioned that they have been full for a couple of years, great but doesnt help me?”
“The staff here, especially Erica, are amazing and kind. I never feel like an inconvenience. I know many people have complained about always having to leave a message when you call, but my experience has been that each time I have called, even needing to be seen same day, my message was returned within an hour or two and I have always been able to be seen same day. I appreciate the fact this office treats the patient from a holistic approach and not just throwing medications at the problem. Yes it is expensive, but my health is worth it.”
“Not sure why all of the negative reviews, but I have not experienced any bad things with Dr.Burchard. In fact, his nurses and staff have been extremely accommodating and nice for my duration. I came to him around 2018-2019 and follow up multiple times a year.
Am I perfect? No. Do I get told that I need to lose weight and diet and exercise? Why yes. Every visit. But it comes from a caring doctor. I have experienced other doctors who belittle you and make you feel like trash, but never with Dr. Burchard.
I can tell you, that he’s gotten my labs under control and helped me get my sleep under control.
Thank you guys for helping me get back on track and my wife and kids thank you too! My life and health is a lot better than it was before I met Dr. Burchard and I am thankful!”

My blood sugar was very high, I didn't have a Dr. and there were essentially no providers in my geographical area that had available appointments within the week; if not two.Not wanting to go to the ER or to an Urgent Care facility, I saw that Family Nurse Practitioner, Shiny Michael, had an opening in her schedule; in less than 24 hours! I booked the appointment and the front office staff was courteous and professional plus the medical team was caring, friendly, very thorough and focused on my health. I have found my new medical professional team and I will not hesitate, to have any of my health care concerns, addressed at this facility.”

She actually talked English, sometimes medical terms can seem like a foreign language. The nurse was also very nice and patient. Overall a great experience and a completely different experience from last visit.”

He is the first doctor I've ever had that didn't just come in for 2 min and prescribed a bunch of medicines based on the nurse notes. He actually took the time to get to know me. I never feel rushed during my appointments. I've also never waited a long time, which is so rare when going to doctors offices. Together we put a plan in place to get me off of so many unnecessary meds. Also, if you like technology, then this is the place for you. They have a great app that allows you access your entire medical record anytime you need them. I'm so glad I found Dr. Noyes!”
