Cristian was super great and I want him to get know how good and fast he work at fedex me and my husband come in to get paper work printed and he always right there to help and fix the printer when it’s broken. This man love his job and love what he does for others. This type of worker needs to be seen by his work ethic. Idk how long he worked here but he seems like he been here for 20 years. We really love how he works and be there for others. Cristian keep shinning and one day u will have ur own fedex store to run i know the owner will be happy 😊

The employee shipping my order never told me there was a signature required by the recipient. I didn’t want a signature required. Ahh. Then the recipient wasn’t home, of course, so the package could never be delivered. And now, close to a month later, no one on the phone can help us and i got a notification saying package was delivered to someone in Ohio. After all this, stolen. A birthday gift! The immense upset caused cannot be accurately portrayed here. This Fed Ex store’s inability to do the job correctly (instead of comparing wal -mart customer’s shoes to current trends) is a blight to all of Prosper, TX. This has upset my mother greatly and therefore multiplied the hell it’s put me through exponentially! The store may as well just shut down. Visit at your own risk!

I like the store in general but my recent experience with passport photos was below average. The picture taken was dark and the associate did not do anything to address the issue. Rather, he mentioned that it was due to lack of light in the store. Seriously! You are using a digital camera with a flash. Clearly either their equipment is not good or the associates are not trained. $15 for 2 photos is not worth for bad quality photos. Go elsewhere.

I really like the new look of the FedEx stores ✨📦—modern, clean, and easy to navigate. This location, conveniently inside Walmart 🏪, makes shipping a breeze while running errands.
That said, FedEx tends to be pricier than UPS 💰, so I usually stick with the cheaper option when possible. Still, no real complaints here—just a solid, reliable shipping spot if you don’t mind paying a little extra. 🚚📬

Packages not weighed at drop off.
Warning to everyone using this center, if you drop off a package, it is not weighed as they don't have a scale. It will only be weighed when scanned in the warehouse. This is a HUGE problem as you cannot rely on weight alone as proof of returning something, like a mobile phone.
My package weighed more than 300g and is now showing as 130g. I'm 100% sure someone in Fedex has already stolen the phone. It has happened to me once on the receiving end.
I used this official store so I could guarantee my package would at least be weighed, so I don't know WHY this is labeled a "Print and Ship Center" when it isn't even equipped with the basics.

Situated inside Walmart this Fedex is well maintained and operated. The staff is courteous and helps customers effectively. The FedEx is always the first preference for shipping needs. There are printing services also in the premise. Id like to use this branch of FedEx again for my future shipping requirements.

We are always treated with friendly professionalism at this store. We have various types of shipping we do, and whether we have it ready to go (reprinted label, boxed and sealed), or whether we need to get a box, and have them do it, we are always welcomed. We are always amazed at some of the things people bring in, or ask, but as with us, all our treated as valued customers, from the multiple times we are in there.

I was there to make copies the guy that was there was rude interrupted me when tried to explain the position of the paper was wrong, the paper came out wrong after 4 times he got it right. So ask for 5 copies and I got charged for 9 copies.

I do not live in Prosper. I was in need of a printing center since my copier died at home. I came to your location and the customer service was outstanding. The staff immediately helped me greeted me and resolves all my challenges. There were a couple of hiccups with sending an email and getting a response back from the FedEx service Center but the staff were outstanding. Receiving professional customer service and being treated as such was amazing when I was there. I want to give a big shout out to Bria who really went above and beyond to make sure my needs are taken care of. Thank you, FedEx!
