First United Bank is the best bank I have ever had accounts with. I love their friendly tellers and bankers. Everyone has always been helpful whenever I had problems or a complicated request. Believe it or not I actually do not automate certain things just so i can go in and say hi. Love their values and how much they give back to the community. Great bank with a great purpose!

I started banking with First United back when they were ABT. When First United bought ABT, I was somewhat hesitant and proceeded with caution. The staff won me over and blew me away with their attention to detail, professionalism, integrity and their personal one on one approach to treating me as if I was their only customer. If you are tired of businesses that lack personality and treat you like you're just a transaction, then I highly recommend you give my friends at First United a try and tell them that Chas recommend them to you. Because at First United Bank, everyone's family and deserve personalize service that caters to their needs. Thank you First United Bank for being you and I am looking forward to another 20 years of continuous interactions.

I had my account with First United for less than a year. They opened the account wrong so I had to jump through hoops to get that corrected. Providing all the same documentation and completing the forms again just like when I opened the account. Now, months later they are wanting paperwork resigned because compliance demands it. If you want a competent bank that gets paperwork right then don't bank here.
