Great customer service and store manager is very knowledgeable. Frankly, my husband spends way to much here due to all of the great recommendations and store sales. If you haven't been in while, I suggest you visit again.

I see alot of reviews on here are talking about how the staff just sits on their phones, I walked into the store and the guy was just sitting on the counter on his phone didnt even ask if was looking for something specific, the guy looked like he had no knowledge of nothingn he was doing.

Walk in. Staff on phone. Finally ask if you need something, I tell him, he says they don't have it. Goes and sits back down and gets back on phone. This is why GNC is going out of business.

Why does some GNC have items on clearance such as close to expired or expired protein and others don’t? Maybe I’m mistaken and GNC can’t sell it legally. But this company has to realize the majority of their customers are coming for protein powder. And with prices as they are; they’re looking for deals. No clue what they’re doing with older protein powders in bags? Just throwing it out? Staff member was nice. But this is more of a critique of GNC in general. Unfortunately they’ll all be out of business soon with online sales. GNC could position themselves if somehow they brought their cost down or found clearance products

Almost no inventory. Store clerk never even spoke to me…even after I spoke to him. They should close the store. I have no idea how it’s still open.

This GNC doesnt price match, employee advised me it was a franchise and that's why they dont do it. If you want to pay for overpriced products this is the place for you. Employee was friendly.

Salesman told me I should buy my energy drinks somewhere else where they were cheaper!!! Wow...thats not good for business and I called there 3 times before driving over and he wouldn't answer the phone at 10 a.m.
