Worst behavior from one of the lady who did haircut today. I went for a haircut for me n my daughter. We didn’t understand what she was saying, there was a miscommunication between us, but what ever she was not ready to hear from us, did haircut very fast with her grumpy face which was intolerable!very unprofessional!

Place has you paying full price for someone who someone just got their license and yet passed. They are working on mannequin when they dont have a victim. Making a comment while cutting saying fades are tough!!! Horrible cut and the last thing you want to do when they ask is it good and say no only to have them cut more!!!

I had a great experience at Great Clips with Tina! She did an excellent job with my haircut—she really listened to what I wanted, paid attention to detail, and made sure everything looked perfect. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole process comfortable. Highly recommend Tina if you’re looking for a great haircut!

My husband’s hair cut is a joke!
Never letting him go here again!
The person who cut his hair was a lady.
Not posting a whole picture to save my husband the embarrassment of a ridiculous haircut.
This is the worst haircut I’ve ever seen him get.

Very easy to sign up electronically for a place in line. Great hair-cutting experience at an affordable price.
Requested style: I requested a layered trim of my chin-length hair and Bella got me! I loved the results.
Stylist: This was my first time going to Great Clips, so I didn’t a have a preferred Stylist. However, I was fortunate to land in Bella’s chair and she did an outstanding job!

Bad customer service, not abiding to the time mentioned in their website:
The closing time of Great clips present beside Kroger in Prosper mentioned as 6pm and was also showing walk ins only. Having seen that I walked in at 5:45PM and they denied to provide service.
Before being rude to customers, do following:
If you are not sure of providing service in last half hour. Either change your closing hours or update your website saying we don’t take any appointments and walk ins after 5:30 (half an hour before closing). Have respect towards any customer.

I got a haircut at this place few hours ago (07/02/24 6 PM), and it was a terrible experience. The stylist, a woman in her late 40s, appeared to be under the influence of drugs. Despite showing her a photo of the style I wanted, she didn't even glance at it. The haircut was done in a mere 2 minutes and 20 seconds, and she completely messed it up. This was the fastest and worst haircut I've ever had. I will never return to this place again.
