Sometimes it goes well, sometimes the stylists are very impatient. Despite if me insisting multiple that I don’t want the hair to be cut on the top area for my kid, the stylist did exactly same.

Showed a wait time of over 40 minutes right before they close, and when I got to the store at 7:59 after the app told me to head in anytime before eight, I was rudely yelled at by the staff and told to leave. I waited in the area for over 2 hours. I also may add - I called twice during the day and mother time toward closing to ask when it would be my turn and was completely ghosted. I tell you, this great clips will never get my business every again and I will steer all of my family that lives in prosper and Celina far away from this location.

The service at this Great Clips location has been disappointing. The staff often seem rushed and less courteous, and some customers are treated with noticeably less respect than others. It feels uncomfortable and unprofessional. I’d recommend trying other barbershops around 380 and 423 where you’re treated with fairness and dignity.

I had very bad experience with one lady with pink hairs. She was talking ridiculously. She didn't allow us to see my child's haircut and started screaming on us. Will never recommend that lady.

My wife warned me not to come to this location because they don’t cut hair well but I did it anyway because the line was way shorter. Turns out they did a horrible job on my son’s hair. It looked like he had lines across his head because it wasn’t blended at all. I said something about it to the hair cutter but she said “oh it’s just because it’s wet” so I figured she just be right but after it dried it looked terrible. We had to get someone else to fix it after.

I had a fantastic experience at Great Clips thanks to my stylist, Paige Thomas! She was friendly, professional, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. Paige made sure I was comfortable throughout the process, and the end result was exactly what I was hoping for—clean, sharp, and perfectly styled.

I've been at greatclips for 15 years and this is the worst experience I have had, I walked in ready for my haircut and I got ignored by them, when I sit down for my haircut my kids are talking to me they get yelled at by my barber, Lori, she then asks me what i want today and i say a quarter off only the front, then she argues with me and basically forces me to get something else, because she says shes the professional, while she cuts my hair I want to take a look at it because it wasnt what i wanted, but no, she blocks my view of the mirror saying she didnt finish yet, when she finished and i wanted to look at my haircut she said i cant for some reason, just overall a bad experience.

Terrible experience.
Took my 85-year-old Indian grandma here for a senior haircut, and the old white lady who cut her hair showed signs of rudeness and racism toward her. My grandma left satisfied by the haircut but dissatisfied by her behavior. No one deserves to be treated like that. I’ll never come back, and others should think twice before going here

Rude staff. Not just with me, they were like doing a favor to everyone by offering a haircut. Not going back there. There was definitely a sense of racist behavior. I see I am not the first one complaining so, and doesn’t look like great clips is interested in taking any action either.

I’m not sure what the bad reviews are about?? But I want to tell you about the great experience I had here with Delise. Last year, I had a terrible experience at Supercuts in McKinney so I was skeptical to try another salon and in desperate need of a good cut. I was greeted by the lady that ended up being my stylist. She was so friendly and welcoming. Her name is Delise and she was so kind to me and listened to exactly what I wanted. We had great conversation during the cut and she made the experience wonderful. I had an awesome haircut with the exact look and layers I wanted. I showed her an inspo photo before we started and she was like “girl, I got you.”
Delise certainly delivered on her promise and I am so happy. One of the best haircuts I’ve had and it’s exactly what I asked for. I hope y'all keep Delise around because I will follow her wherever she moves to around here if she ever leaves great clips. 10/10 recommend Delise. She could have given me a terrible cut and I still would have been ok with it because she was so kind and sweet. Thank you so much!!

Paige is amazing with my two young boys. Always kind, patient, and is able to accomplish great hair cuts despite them moving around. So glad we found her services.
