I had gotten cryo facials at a wellness center about 15 miles from my home. I was delighted to see this location offer this service because I know how well they work for me. Tonight I was nearby and randomly stopped in to see about scheduling a treatment. Bella offered to do it right then! I was almost giddy I was so happy. I don’t do any injections because my health and not wanting any side effects. Cryofacials are just as effective!
Bella not only offered great customer service she gave me one of the best treatments I’ve had. She asked what I wanted to work on and did it. I’m ramping up my treatments to get back where I was and then I’ll just do maintenance. Bella is my go to person for me now. If you are debating Botox I suggest you try a series of cryo facials with Bella at this location. I’ve already scheduled my next one.

A great place to relax and get an awesome massage. Jovonte is the absolute best! I have chronic neck pain and have had extensive surgery and his knowledge and incredible talent have helped me decrease the amount of medication needed to control the pain and to move much more comfortably day to day. I have had several massages with Jovonte and I trust him completely.Because of that trust, I am able to fully relax and enjoy my massages. This spa is extremely clean and all the staff is professional and friendly. I highly recommend it!

I got a classic facial + microdermabrasion with Jo Anne and it exceeded my expectations. She is knowledgeable and very professional and if I wasn’t moving to the Midwest I would’ve signed a membership to see her biweekly. I highly recommend.

Joanne was my esthetician for the facial/diamond glow I received. It was a wonderful experience!! Thorough and efficient, she took time to cater to my exact needs and explain everything to me! Highly recommend!

Jovont was my message therapist today and his technique was amazing. After the session my body felt so good! It was relaxing and he worked out many of the tight muscles with the perfect amount of pressure. In addition, he educated me on how to improve those weak areas from sitting at a desk all day and how to reduce the stress on my body as part of preventative care. The front desk staff were fabulous! The whole experience was wonderful!

I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment, and 20 minutes later I was told that I would need to wait another 30 minutes. No apologies, and when I mentioned that if I had done that, they world have taken my credit with no issues. They just shrugged and said ti make another appointment. Poor form.Update: The woman up front asked me to edit my review, so here: I went back today, and my shoulder and upper back feel worse than they did when I got there. Normally, a massage therapist will ask what pressure I want, and I always say medium to firm. She said a Swedish massage is only light to medium. Huh...okay, I've never heard that before but okay. So she said for $30 more, she could do deep tissue with the Himalayan sea salts. Whatever, okay. I agreed. Yeah, it was the weirdest and most ineffective massage I've ever had. I went up front, and they charged me $50 extra. Didn't want to argue. I paid it. But I sure hope my membership allows me to visit the other Hand and Stones bc I can't with this one anymore.

I drove 30 minutes to buy 50 gift cards - $100 per GC to total purchase of $5,000 dollars for a charity event raffle and for the volunteers working the event.I arrived at 7:30 pm, which store hours show and advise closing at 9:00pm. The young lady was walking out as I was waking in to get the gift cards and informed me they were closed. I could call in the morning.Unfortunately our event is tomorrow and that won’t work.Sad to see a business miss out on $5,000 in revenue due to closing early.Stick to your advertised hours of operation so people don’t waste their time making trips to support your business are turned away.

I very rarely feel compelled to leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at this particular massage and spa center leaves me with no other option. Whilst we all appreciate indulging in relaxation and tranquility, this facility seemed to have an underlying goal: to extract from customers exorbitant amounts of money through unsuspected add-ons.A surprise levy of $10 for a 'transfer point' in a couple's massage was unceremoniously sprung upon us at the end of our session. This was an unexpected blow as such a charge was neither mentioned nor stated in any of their literature or by any staff member in the lead-up to our massage. The otherwise enjoyable experience was further tarnished, as this was not the only surprise charge we encountered. The end of a therapy session is a time for peaceful reflection and serene relaxation, not an occasion to argue over undisclosed costs. Such surprise charges completely undermine the ethos of tranquility and relaxation that a spa is supposed to espouse. The management seriously needs to review its pricing tactics and improve its communication with customers regarding their payment policies. Until then, I would be hard-pressed to recommend this spa to anyone, whether they are looking for single or couple’s treatments. For the money you end up paying here, there are far more transparent and equally high-quality alternatives.Fair pricing and transparency, in my opinion, are integral elements of good customer service. Unfortunately, this establishment seems to be paying slight regard to these pillars. In closing, I would encourage potential visitors to be acutely aware of these additional costs which have a regrettable tendency to take you unawares and cast a shadow over what should be a soothing and serene experience.

I have been going to Hand & Stone for many years so was excited when I saw one opening in Prosper. I dealt with the manager the first time when booking and was a little put off by her curt way of talking about finding the "right" massage therapist for me. First massage was great.I called today to see if I could move my 5 PM appointment to earlier in the day as my schedule changed (I have done this at other locations with no issues.). The very nice receptionist explained I could, but I would be charged since the other massage therapists would then have an opening? After I explained I had not had this issue at other locations over the last 3-4 years, she said it was a new policy. I did call the Frisco location after and discovered it is not a H&S policy, so feels it is for this location only (they are franchised so have different owners).I work in the aesthetic industry and if a patient/client wants to move their appointment to earlier in the day, even with a different provider, we do not charge them for this. I feel bad for the receptionist as it seems Prosper is putting in rules that are not industry norms.Sad, but I am going to my massage today, but will then take my business back to Frisco or McKinney. I had just told two friends about Lucy, but will let them know to go elsewhere.Again, the receptionist was VERY kind...

Jovonte is an excellent massage therapist, very thorough for arms, neck, and shoulders especially. Only complaint - the sound in that room wasn’t functioning, so no music. Hope they get that repaired.

Canceled my membership with the Prosper location as I have been dissatisfied since it began. Gave it a few months to give it a chance as it newly opened. The therapist I constantly get used vinyl gloves for my massages. Terrible feeling when vinyl is rubbing off your back! Finally after 5 months, had canceled my membership and have 3 remaining credits left. Got sick with the flu and only choice was to reschedule otherwise will accrue a fee. Still was sick the following day, and again had to reschedule and this time system will auto charge the fee, 50% of the massage cost, and can only use as credit for an upgrade on the next visit. In short, you are forced into the fee and to upgrade in order to recoup the cost. No way to override it! Right! I highly discourage this location and will be going back to my previous massage retailer.
