“Great Water Quality, Friendly Staff, but Reward System Needs Improvement
I started picking up water at Blue Jug during their grand opening after moving to Texas. Jerome and Marianne s friendliness and the high quality of water made me a loyal customer. I especially love their digital reward system that lets you earn free jugs of water after a certain number of purchases.
However, the redemption process for the rewards has been a bit of a hassle. Initially, we could see our points by logging in before making a purchase, but this feature was removed. Now, the points are tracked via Cash App, and you receive a text message after each purchase, but there’s no way to check your points balance before making a purchase to redeem them. Additionally, the staff doesn’t remind you to use your points.
After casually inquiring about the process over the past few months, Jerome was able to pull up my account and show that I had $10 worth of points that I could have been using. It’s frustrating to leave money on the table, especially when there’s a reward program in place.
Overall, while the water quality and customer service are excellent, the rewards system could use some improvement to make it more user-friendly and transparent.”

“This is my go to store. They have lots of organic foods to choose from. They have great sales every week. If you like plants, they also have a fun selection. I've bought some and they are great quality. A negative is when I've needed to use the restroom, the toilets were pretty gross and needed to be scrubbed.”

“This is my go-to spot for fresh nuts, seeds, dried fruit, lentils, beans, and anything by the pound. Having the option of not buying these prepackaged items is what makes Sprouts special. Other local chain stores have omitted this option over the years, and having this option is important to me. This store is clean, and the temperature is always perfect. Never stifling, just a crisp, cool breeze. Comfortability and cleanliness are my top 2 important factors for me when shopping, and this Sprouts always supercedes that.”
