Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I brought my daughter in for assistance with a fashion designer project for school, expecting basic customer help and guidance. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Marleen was unhelpful and dismissive, and there was little interest in answering questions. She probably needs to be moved to a different department where there is not customer interactions.

Customer service here is normally excellent but, today I ran into a rude cashier and she seemed to be one of the managers or someone in higher authority than the other cashiers. I could tell by the way she addressed them. Looking at her name tag I couldn’t tell if it was Kimber or Kimberly however, I will not forget the experience. My daughter was waiting in line and I had to run to the back of the store to get one more item. I hurriedly made it back to the register just in time as my daughter was checking out. I placed the item on the counter awaiting her to add it but she looked right at me, closed out the order and put the CLOSED sign in front of us. I politely stepped aside and went to another line (in front of her) where I had to wait behind two other customers, but, I noticed that she continued to take customers even after I had stepped aside. She called them over from my line but BEHIND me as if I was invisible, even though I was next. Before I made it to the register on my side she had called four other customers from behind me but never acknowledged that I was standing there waiting before any of them came up. I NEVER pull the race card but today my feelings were really hurt. Mission accomplished Kimberly. 11/19/24 5:10 pm.

Every single time I have been in this location there is an extremely lengthy line while two managers stand up front as there’s on cashier working. Today was no different for that. Asked an employee where something was in the store and she flat out said she didn’t know. Didn’t ask for anyone else’s help or anything, just shrugged. Then as I made it to the front to leave she was one of the three watching the cashier ring a long line. I regret coming in every time. We need new management here!

Saw a Couple Dust Devils in the Distance to the south but I thought it was a average hobby lobby trip. Staff were nice and friendly.
