Not a fan of this home goods in Prosper. I walked in and then out, it was over crowded, long lines and smelt bad inside.

Be sure to have a full-sized copy of your sales tax exempt paperwork. And be careful in asking questions, as you will be made to feel like you are rude for asking. Specifically: Elaine. She is extremely unprofessional and makes continuous side comments that are unnecessary. When a person is spending money or giving information, it is their right to know the “why”. I spent over $200 and do spend at least that much each time I visit this store. I will no longer be coming to this store because of Elaine. There are other games in town and the other ones don’t have her. Only reason I gave this two stores rather than one is the lady who helped me was patient and kind.

I’ve been in all this stores too many times! I’ve been offer a credit card too many times! Every time!!! July helped me today, she cared, she was nice, she helped me look for one missing pillow, she smiled, she means amazing! And yes, after 17 years in USA, I accepted the credit card lol, Great service! Love this store, it’s clean and organized

Great candle selection ! There were so many different flavors and colors I was overwhelmed and excited to sniff them all! A staff member was walking around but she still stopped to help me decide which one to pick! She recommended me her favorites and we so very informative and kind! I saw her again a checkout, she was so nice informing me of the TJX rewards card benefits. Thank you Ainsley!

Nice clean store with seasonal items are in stock and well merchandised. The price is little high but the products are well crafted and meticulously placed in different sections. The staff is courteous and there’s ample parking outside. The collection of different home decor and other regular household items are available here in affordable way.

This particular HomeGoods is not what HomeGoods used to be in terms of selection of product, but also in terms of flexibility of returns. I buy thousands of dollars from HomeGoods every year and they were always really great about taking stuff back that has been unused and in the original packaging. They typically would have to issue a gift card because I would return it past the 30 days, but that was fine. I love the flexibility because with my busy schedule, I was never rushed to return things as HomeGoods was always so flexible, but that is no longer the case. So BUYER BEWARE! This HomeGoods is very strict on the return policy. Apparently the management for each location has flexibility to choose if they want to accept something back or not. Going forward I’ll be taking my business to other HomeGoods locations.

Beware of Nida. If you are not white and not her religion, she completely discriminates and gets rude. She refused to check why the same of two items were different t prices for me while she was sweet as honey with a white gentleman. She yelled at me for the associate asking her my question. Rude woman. Don’t shop here unless you want to be yelled at by her for doing her job.
