This auto body shop is an excellent place, they are very professional, gives you upfront cost, discuss options and worked with me to fix the accident repairs. They worked with Insurance and Rental. It is very seamless experience and I would recommend this place. Special thanks to Robert - he is great.

Robert and team did an amazing job with fixing our car. The customer service experience was 11/10. Communications were timely, listened to our concerns, sought out the issues very soon step by a step. It took long time to get replacement parts, working with dealer company, rental car etc., throughout the journey Robert was very very helpful and I highly recommend Joslin Dent Concepts for their superior service

Robert and his colleague were awesome and very fair priced. They went above and beyond with the service they provided. I bought an Amp-Research Power Step from a different vendor which ended up being a mistake because the product I received was damaged and missing parts. Robert took care of me by reaching out directly to the manufacturer and made sure to get those damaged/missing items corrected and did everything the right way. I look forward to have them assist me with more modifications on my truck.

Amazing customer service. I’ve had my car worked on here several times for various reasons (hail damage & wreck) both times my car was done super fast. The work was spotless and the communication was seamless. Have referred friends and family here as well. Would recommend to anyone!
