Hello my name is Sharon and I am new to the McKinney/Prosper area. I went to checkout the outside mall in Prosper and I went into a shoe store named Journeys. I was greeted and treated so kindly by Zach and Nathan and they definitely made sure my needs were met. I had an awesome experience and I will definitely revisit again and also tell family and friends about this store!?

Probably one of the worse Journeys i’ve been to. I walked in and the young lady on the cash register didn’t acknowledge me or say anything I looked around for a bit at least 5-10 minutes. She continues to talk on the phone slouched over on the register talking on the phone. I sat down and hoping to be helped but nah just she just looked at me like I was disturbing by coming into the store. I originally wanted to buy two pairs of shoes, but I don’t think I’ll ever come back smh.

We went into this new Journey's not knowing if they sold toddler sized shoes. To our surprise they do and we found the cutest Converse for my grandson who's feet won't stop growing ? The staff was very friendly and helpful and the store was very nice. Thanks, we will be back!!

Best customer service I’ve seen at any retail business in a long time. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They had a great selection. The sales associate even opened the door for me on the way out. I don’t usually shop at Journeys much but they’ll be getting my business anytime I need shoes now!!

Brand new store, nice and clean!!! Jae was so helpful, answering all of my questions, I ended up leaving a new pair of shoes!! I will definitely be coming back!!!!
